Tenpin Birmingham Star City lives inside the Star City leisure complex, just off the M6 and a few minutes from the city centre, Aston and Nechells — easy reach whether you’re driving in or hopping the bus. Dirty Place
It was dirty and not a good surface in bowling, we have tried pool table, there was some balls missing, in some table contactless not working and overall I am not satisfied.

Felt the lanes didn’t run well like they were bumpy none of the bowls stayed straight all went off to the left or right I’m not a terrible bowler but not 1 stayed in 3 games, booking was easy location was good half price everything was great

We paid for pizza and bowling never got the pizza had to ask 4 members of staff and eventually got it with only 5 mins left disappointing

Online order for refreshments, a waste of time
Used the online service to order 2 large cokes to our table. Waited 15-20 minutes drinks never came, bar staff wasn't even busy, in fact most of the time they were watching the football on the TV there.
I ended up asking for a refund as the wait wasn't acceptable especially as the staff wasn't busy + our film was due to start soon so had to leave.
As of yet the refund hasn't come to be hopefully it does soon.

I arrived early and I was given a lane. The customer service team was polite and service was very quick. I had technical issue whilst bowling and the issue was resolved immediately. I had a great time. The price was very cheap

Lane got blocked with bowling balls…
Lane got blocked with bowling balls took about 20mins to sort but never got time back to finish game, also drinks and food took ages to come out when ordering to lane, place is under staffed but staff that are their seem disinterested

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. We ordered drinks, but they never brought them to our table until we had to go and ask for them ourselves. The service was extremely slow and the staff showed no interest or attention to customers. Definitely not the level of service we expected.

The party hosts were fantastic!! They made the day super special, were right on hand and guided us through when best to do the different activities. The kids all had a great time!
