À propos de l'entreprise
Écrit par l'entreprise
Tenpin Birmingham Star City lives inside the Star City leisure complex, just off the M6 and a few minutes from the city centre, Aston and Nechells — easy reach whether you’re driving in or hopping the bus. With 28 bowling lanes and fantastic lane light effects, we’re one of Birmingham’s biggest bowling spots. Plenty of room. Loud music. Pins that won’t know what hit them. And it’s not just bowling. We’ve got two private karaoke rooms (sing like nobody’s watching), Houdini’s Escape Rooms for the problem-solvers, pool, table tennis, air hockey and a full arcade. Hungry? Our kitchen serves burgers, loaded fries, pizzas and a halal menu, with a fully licensed bar pouring cocktails and pints while Sky Sports and TNT play live. Family days out, birthday parties, student nights, work socials, cheap weekday bowling deals — fun for kids big and small. Bowling in Birmingham, sorted.

The kids food is terrible
The bowling lane are fine, but the food for the kids parties is appalling. The pizza might as well be a biscuit. Very cheap and nasty.

We had such a lovely time here as a family. Lindsey, the manager — she went above and beyond to make sure we were all looked after and that the kids were happy and settled.
It honestly felt like she went the extra mile for us and it didn’t go unnoticed.
We’ll definitely be coming back — thank you again!

Unhappy with the ending
The game of bowling in itself was good, the reception / checking in staff were pleasant enough, however my experience was ruined by the fact the game had just ended, an within 2 minutes of the game ending we were taking a group picture another group was sent straight to our lane. Other lanes were free and it felt like we were being forced out. We had snack and full drinks that we weren’t able to finish and just put a bit of a dampener on the whole experience. I understand other people have booked but you could allow 10 mins for the group to clear and make use of other available lanes.

Hello Anisha,
Thank you for taking the time to rate Tenpin Birmingham Star City 2 star. We appreciate you sharing your feedback. We're sorry your experience was affected by the quick turnover of lanes after your game. It’s not ideal when you feel rushed, especially with unfinished refreshments. We'll review our lane management to improve guest experiences. All the best ~ Laura
Bowling-amazing toilets-disgraceful
Bowling was amazing but bathrooms were extremely dirty covered in loo roll, the foot was warm and wasn’t fresh, more food could be put on the plates as it didn’t fill up our guests. Arcade was amazing
