Perfect bowling experience! It was my sons first time, it was a brilliant family evening out

While we generally enjoyed the bowling; it felt very over priced; We got the £40 for 1 hour with a pizza. the Pizza was the worse pizza i have had; i would of preferred a microwave pizza from iceland. I get we paid for an hour and an hour is what we got but we were finishing our 3rd game with 1 round to go and it just cut it off. This created a bitter taste. 1. felt over priced, but then again bowling generally feels overpriced anyway, their should be a warning built into the game "You have 5 minutes left or something, Or let you finish you're current game within reason. The only reason i give it a 3 star instead of a 2; the staff member who i spoke to was very nice and kind.

It was just a mess everywhere! We turned up, all left over drinks and food from previous on the ledge, as well as the floor. The whole place was a mess, everywhere just needed a clean from top to bottom. The bowling itself was fine, the pizza that just randomly rocked up was debatable, the kids weren't bothered but for such an expensive entity especially at half term, you'd think that it would be so much more organised and clean. I found it mind blowing that just because it was half term you also feel you can charge 7.50 for a kid to run around the soft play with a million other kids, with shoes, left over drinks and food boxes every where. Just horrible experience

While booking process no one explains what will be included and what not we haven't got any party bags from tenpin feltham
On arrival for party on 1st March for 1pm slot was totally un organised my 2 booked table was un organised someone else sitting on that and another table was dirty with full of rubbish there were 2 girls in staff was very very rude drinks for kids should be served in starting when party starts but staff didn't care they were not listening i have asked for drinks for kids about 10 times but they ignored and said we haven't got enough jugs? Really? Then why tenpin accept booking if you haven't got enough resources for party
Also my food been served 2.45pm instead of 2pm staff said i was late to fill the sheet i wasn't that late I was waiting for all kids to come and need to ask their choice that's totally un fair and unreasonable excuse kids were tired,thirsty and hungry but no one cares i will never ever book tenpin in future for any party also ill let family and friends to avoid as i have horrible experiences you have keep enough staff on busy days.
Tenpin should refund my hard money as service effort is zero

Short staffed. Been on two occasions in two weeks. Not enough staff avaliable to serve... long ques to check in. Long ques or waiting around for staff at the bar to be served and then long time waiting for drinks. I requested that I wanted food after bowling on one occasion but was given whilst bowling, which is unhygienic.

Staff was organised to deal with a large crowd and work out all the bookings so we could play together. Very friendly despite how busy it was.

Bowling is a very nice activity to do with children they love it

Staff were extremely helpful, they went out of their way to accommodate our needs and were cheerful and polite throughout - truly an asset to the company. The setting was great and the deal for the night made it an absolute must for next month.

Great evening had at Feltham Tenpin! We were there to celebrate my sons birthday with the family and we had an absolute blast! The staff members were very helpful, friendly and ready to assist with all our queries! Loved the new refurbishment thats just been done to the space too! We'll definitely be back again soon!

Customer service was amazing from tenpin but the security was extremely jarring. My niece under the age of ten knocked the glass a couple times for the game where you insert 10ps and the security banned her from playing the game at all which ruined her night completely. I tried to reason with him but he didn’t accept it at all.

Helpful staff, modern facilities.

We ordered food only to be told an hour later that the kitchen wasn’t even open. There isn’t always staff available for refreshments and the staff that were there, were unhelpful.

Bowlin and the arcades was good

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday party at Tenpin Feltham because it offers activities for all age groups. We booked the soft play area, which seemed like a good idea at first. I understand Saturdays are usually busy, but the newly refurbished seating area next to the soft play was complete chaos and honestly ruined the party experience.
The whole setup is very poorly planned for big birthday parties. The management and staff didn’t seem bothered at all about organising things properly. The staff were extremely rude and looked like they didn’t know what they were doing. There was no one around to clear up the mess, and it was very hard to find anyone when we needed help.
The food was just dumped in front of us without any explanation — no one told us which burgers were cheese or beef, which made things really confusing. Overall, the service was very disappointing.
Tenpin really needs to improve how they handle birthday parties. Having a party host or a separate area or room would make a huge difference and allow families to celebrate peacefully. Sadly, the management and service were pathetic, and this was one of the worst party experiences we’ve had.

The venue itself is modern, clean and tidy, but there's a lot going on and it immediately felt a bit hectic. We clearly went at what was a very busy time, but that made for a lot of noise with a fairly long wait for drinks and food. It's probably fine for a group of adults going for an adventure but the younger kids found it a bit too much.

The bowling itself was great, the staff were helpful and we left smiling, but realistically we probably wouldn't visit this particular location again.

The food came out nice and on time but you just lack staff. The tables aren't being cleared quickly enough because the staff are working their hardest to keep the queues down.

Lively atmosphere and decent lane set-up. All made better by the abundance of TVs showing live sport. Drinks and food were reasonably priced too
