Low Quality - Idea to improve below
It was a great singing experience but the microphones weren't loud enough to match or overpower the instrumentals and the microphones didn't have a way to adjust the reverb. Not all songs needed it, or could be less/more for some songs. Not worth the price as all it offers is a sound proof room with low quality, but nonetheless a great experience with friends. An idea to improve the quality of the experience would be to add instruments in the room for use as people may want to play along with people singing rather than being limited to the songs displayed. This'll also give a fun way for people to sing along to songs.

The service was very efficient and staff helpful and friendly. A much larger space than when I last visited and with so much more to do as well as the bowling. Our Girlguiding group had a fantastic evening!

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, my experience at Tenpin Feltham was disappointing. The queues at customer service were extremely long, with only one staff member – sometimes two – trying to serve everyone. This caused a lot of waiting and frustration, especially during busy times.
The venue also felt quite dirty, and there were very few bins available, which made the overall environment unpleasant. With better staffing at customer service and improved cleanliness, this place could be much more enjoyable.
I hope management takes this feedback on board and makes the necessary improvements.

The Xmas deal was good to have
The Xmas deal was good to have . Our lane got clogged up with balls and there was not as much staff around to deal with the issue. Same with the arcade machines not working or the ticket eater jamming - having staff to sort out was a bit hard .

The employees were inflexible, the place wasn’t very clean and the cues were long for the bar and service counter.
