Karaoke room!
Genuinely had such an amazing time at one of the karaoke rooms for our friends birthday! It’s actually completely soundproof / embarrassment proof! The only thing I can fault is that when ordering the drinks from inside the room on the screen, to be delivered to the room, they took well over 20 mins to come and we had to keep popping out to check which it’s frustrating when it was a Monday, it was super quiet and we only have an hour in there. Besides that, had so much fun!

I came 10 mins early as it states booked in 4 times I asked for the screen to be loaded I was ignored 1 of ur staff who was cleaning the lanes was very rude

The bowling at Stoke is clean and tidy…
The bowling at Stoke is clean and tidy and the staff are helping. My kids enjoyed there afternoon bowling there and they even had lunch too which I thought was a great price, will deffo be coming again

An amazing afternoon/evening for our eldest daughter’s 14th birthday. The female manager on duty went well above and beyond to make it an unbelievably wonderful experience. We did karaoke and bowling with food. It’s was fabulous! The female manager (we didn’t get her name, but she has just returned after maternity leave) This lady really is a credit to your company! Any hiccups were quickly resolved with the karaoke room and we even got to all experience bowling. Both our daughters and their friend said it was the best! Thank you thank you thank you!

The volume of noise as we walked in was…
The volume of noise as we walked in was extreme… we stayed as it was a New Year’s Eve treat for our daughter but it made it very uncomfortable and the lane was full of rubbish from the previous people

Great family fun
Visited as a family in the Christmas holidays and had a great time. Wasn't too busy and had no issues at all - served quickly on arrival and at the bar and food arrived quickly too.

Could do better
Teenagers in lane next to ours were very loud and disruptive. They were constantly getting in our way and being antisocial. We told the staff but nothing was done

One player
One player, a child, playing with 2 adults wanted the barriers up when it was their turn but unfortunately only 1 side came up. We reported it and a member of staff came quite quickly to try and rectify it. Whilst he investigated the fault it ate away at our 1hour bowling time. It couldn't be rectified so the child had to continue without it. Other than this incident we all had a very enjoyable time
