Weren't very please with contact less in arcade
Bowling and staff was good. But very dislike how arcade machine mainly contact less which ruined it for us as arcade should be coins or contactless like at Hollywood bowls is. So for us we didn't spend money at arcade as it was contactless which was rubbish really but overall bowling was good.

Not a great experience.
We were a booking of two adults and one child. Booking was easy and correct, upon arriving to the lane it was messy and the camera on the screen did not work. We then moved to the arcade machines and some were out of order, we then attempted to play one game it took our credits but the game didn't start. Considering there is another bowling alley in Swindon I'd be using that one next.

Sadly the experience wasn’t very good…
Sadly the experience wasn’t very good for us. We took the kids bowling during half term, which I appreciate was a busy time. Long queues to check in, took over 10 minutes to be served to get a drink and 2 bowls though our second game, the bumper seemed to stop working and I rang the assistance bell and when no one turned up after 10 minutes I went to find a member of staff. I reported it to them and then they radioed it in and we went back to wait for help. Nothing happened and time was ticking on so we had to continue without them, which my young daughter was upset about as she ended up losing! On the way out I was going to give feedback, but as we were leaving I saw the massive queue of people still waiting to check in and honestly couldn’t be bothered to wait in another queue again, so we just left.
I absolutely appreciate half terms are busy, but I would have imagined you would have been prepared for this with more staff, and there was no communication about the broken bumpers or any updates to this.

Disappointing that the prize cabinets…
Disappointing that the prize cabinets contained items not longer stocked. Staff we're overly helpful with providing decent solutions. Please removed these item from you're cabinets. It was a very stressful and disappointing end to an otherwise nice day.

We took young children aged 6&5 for…
We took young children aged 6&5 for their first bowling experience and it was nice that we were near the end ( left hand side) which seemed quieter. It was a bit overwhelming the noise of the amusement machines when we walked in

Never returning
Our lane kept breaking, we could see them trying to fix it at the back but as soon as they turned the alert off to say it was fixed, it broke again. Noone around to ask. Scoring was also wrong with the machine claiming we got spares when there were still pins standing. Bumpers were also broken so had to either have them up or down for everyone.
Drinks ordered via the app took 20mins to arrive, and they didn't have what I wanted (not a huge deal but why does it take 20mins to realise that) we only had 4 drinks and all were soft drinks. We had actually finished our game of bowling just as the drinks were brought out 🙈
Arcades don't accept cash and you have to get a card loaded up, with a minimum of £5. We only wanted one game. To top it off, they then had a power cut.
Won't be returning

I booked the karaoke for my daughter…
I booked the karaoke for my daughter and 3 friends for an hour. The microphones weren’t working so they had to queue back up at the desk for them to fix them. They ended up getting them new ones, 5 minutes later, these didn’t work either, so again had to come out of the booth to ask for assistance. They ended up changing the microphones again. They lost a lot of time that I had paid for by waiting around.

Great time
Had a really good experience. Place was very tidy(Swindon Tenpin). Lane was ready on arrival. Good atmosphere. Staff friendly. Will go back. Much cheaper than other alley in Swindon.

We have enjoyed the experience but the food let it down a bit. I think you should look into how to improve and provide better quality food.

Great value bowling games on Tuesdays and Thursdays…
Great value bowling games on Tuesdays and Thursdays, lots of different games to play in the arcade. Decent food selection which was tasty.
It was very busy but abit unorganised, long wait for food and the bowling booths should be cleaned in-between customers. Overall we had fun.
