Appalling service I ordered a book £33 the order was delivered and left outside without my instructions, I emailed customer service to request a refund they refused that & said because it shows the correct delivery address there nothing there can do so I’ve basically been scammed, do not order from this store the customer service is disgusting

Brought a lego ferrari as a present (£55) frombworthing after visiting loved 1s (partner n daughter) box was missing multiple bags , only noticing when returned too my home in bristol several hours later for the receiptant too b devastating by the missing bags , so thats £55 down the drain , best advice , do not bother wiv TGJones 👌

Item not available advertised as in stock
Item ordered on the basis it was advertised as being in stock dispatched on 48 hours. 12 days later no product. Contacted customer service to be told it was not in stock, hadn't been for some time and supplier didn't know when it would be. I wouldn't know this if I hadn't asked. To add insult to injury the item is still on the site, in stock for 48 hour dispatch. Blatant misrepresentation and no concept of customer service. Order cancelled and refund requested, I wonder if I'll ever get it. Never using them again.

This is the new owner of WHSmith.
It totally looked like a scam initially, but it's not. I recieved my goods, everything went very well. I found the site, because they actually had my items in stock - as opposed to other vendors. Most likely, because people don't trust that site yet ^^. I personally would have mentioned after the rebrand, that this used to be WHSmith, but of course no-one asked me.
