The worst company I've ever had to deal with.
The car was a complete disaster area - if they are reselling a white Peugeot 308 with reg ending FUU then AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE!
They have falsified documentation, don't take out warranties that are paid for, don't take out AA membership as they advertise, lie about conversations, ignore emails and phone calls and break their promises every time. I am in the process of reporting them to Trading Standards and sending the details to Money Saving Expert and The One Show to try to help raise people's awareness of how bad these people are whilst we are fighting for our money back. I cannot believe these people are allowed to trade, complete and utter scam artists. These guys would be the absolute stars of the old show Rogue Traders

In any business that sells a high volume of vehicles, some customers will be happy and some will be unhappy — this is the reality of retail, especially in the used motor trade where vehicles are mechanical products. One customer may have an excellent experience, while another may feel disappointed. That does not make a business a “scam,” and it certainly does not mean that the experience of one customer represents the experience of thousands of others.
Regarding the specific vehicle you have mentioned:
If you believe there is an issue with documentation, warranty activation, AA membership, or vehicle condition, **these are all matters that can and should be investigated directly with us**, with evidence. Public accusations without allowing a business the opportunity to formally review documents, internal call recordings, emails, and invoices do not help reach a fair or factual resolution.

I complained about coolant leak from the car I purchased one of them seemed doubtful about my claims which got me really infuriated so I had to voice out my anger after being left to wait in my car for almost an hour of getting there. The only person I can single out from the team is the mechanic who was kind to do a good job and apologised for the delays because I had to spend extra hours as against the initial plan. Currently I am happy with the car

Purchased a car, had knocking from engine. Finance company got involved. Still issues. Took months to get sorted. And all I got in return was a damaged car and Chinese parts fitted (found parts boxes in car!), not original parts, as promised and cannot even give supporting details of work done, or genuine parts used, or garage they used.
Damage to car panels, which have been denied while in their care.
I would keep away and go to a trusted garage.
Again KEEP CLEAR! you have been warned!!!

The car was sold over eight months ago, and even though the warranty had expired, we still repaired it as a **goodwill gesture** after a request from the finance company.
To make things clear for others reading this: every part used in the repair met proper quality standards. There are **no so-called “Chinese parts”** in the market, so the claim is entirely false. The vehicle was repaired professionally and returned in good working condition.
Unfortunately, the customer in question has been aggressive and intoxicated during several visits, verbally abusing staff, the director, and even other customers. Despite this, we continued to assist and complete the repair out of respect for the finance company and to maintain professionalism.
We take pride in our service and always treat our customers fairly. This situation does not reflect how we do business or how we treat the many satisfied customers who buy from us every day.
AVOID - AWFUL BUSINESS
AVOID - these people are the worst garage I've dealt with ever - the vehicle we purchased, a peugeot 308 reg MC15FUU was driven away on Saturday, on Sunday we checked with an independent mechanic who ran an OBD2 scan and identified 19 faults, we tried to return the vehicle on Sunday, however they were unable to handle any complaint on the Sunday for some reason. On the Tuesday the car had broken down, the garage came to collect the vehicle as it was stranded in a car park, leaving a courtesy vehicle to use. On Wednesday we called and requested a full refund. They said they would call by Friday, they hadn't and are now denying the conversation regarding the refund. This is in direct contravention of the Consumer Rights Act as a customer we have the right to a full refund for selling faulty goods under a false advertisment. The individual we spoke to on the phone is rude, evasive and refusing to provide a refund. We have requested this refund over 20 times now and still nothing is happening so I will be referring to Trading Standards and pursuing through the small claims court.
AVOID AVOID AVOID - this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced from any company.

I bought my first car from this business, all the workers were incredibly helpful and supported the car if issues arose such as changing something in the car if it wasnt for my preference such as the seat being too low. I would definitely recommend this business, great prices and offers amazing additional services such as free AA for a year.

Poor quality and no customer service
Bought a car from these and it’s been poor from the start. The key cover was missing off the door handle to which they said they’ll post a replacement which they’ve still not done and on the way home the the tyre pressure light come on. Refilled and reset the tyre and an hour later it’s on again.
Phone calls about the car are ignored and their responses are poor.
Currently going through a trading standards report.

Whatever you do, do NOT buy anything from this company! Do not take their word for anything regarding the vehicle's history/ service etc. they blatantly lied about the car that I bought, they told me it had a full service history and when it came to the paperwork there was absolutely nothing about the service history. After 3 weeks of persistent calling to the customer service and being met with extremely rude people I finally got my money back! Please save yourself time and money! Go somewhere else!
