Very good cleaning service at reasonable cost.
Very good cleaning service at reasonable cost for end of tenancy clean. Office staff very helpful and extremely useful to be able to communicate via WhatsApp. Would use again & happily recommend.

Cleaning Guru offers a very reliable, personal and efficient service
Cleaning Guru offers a very personalised service. If a cleaner cannot attend they inform us with plenty of notice and find us a replacement which ids very agreeable indeed.
They are also flexible when we have to change the hours we need / week.
The cleaning is of an excellent standard and the staff members are punctual, polite and professional.

I wished I had read the reviews before...
I booked in a deep clean...
1. So, the 1st thing was that they were confused about what needed to be done, which was frustrating and unprofessional...
2. They smelt of cigarettes leaving my lounge smelling gross.
3. They broke one of the Stiles from my shutters and didn't tell me
4. And broke 1 of my gas hobs and the other one has limited gas coming out now
5. The wallpaper in my bathroom has been stained from the mop
6. The bathroom tiles were not cleaned
7. The bedroom walking wardrobe was not vacuumed (I'm not sure if the bedroom was vacuumed at all)
8. The stain on the carpet was not removed, even though I pointed it out and asked for them to use the carpet cleaner on the mark...
All these factors leave a very disappointing feeling regarding this company.
(All cleaners working for this company are freelancers so if you have any issues with them, then you need to speak to them directly. The company bears no responsibility.)

I am sorry you feel disappointed with the service received on 22nd December.
We were quite surprised to receive the review more than 15 days after the cleaning has taken place, and you never reached us to complain. Furthermore, you complemented the cleaning of the taps and asked what kind of product was used, as they now look brand new.
You stated that you were not able to contact us as it was the Christmas period, which we appreciate, but you also said that the team did not clean certain areas at the property, for which we never received photos of the cleaning not done. I have even sent you photographic evidence of the areas you mentioned where it's evident that the cleaning is done, you can even see on the photos, the floor still damp from the mopping.
As you know, we, as a company, were here every step of the way in case of any issues, questions or request.
If there is anything else we can help you with, not hesitate to contact us

I have been using Cleaning Gurus and have generally been very satisfied, although the cost has gone up quite a lot in the last two years. I am satisfied with my current cleaner, who is hardworking and very willing.

Highly dissapointed
I'm not happy with the service I received. I paid £174 for a deep clean and carpet clean, but it was not up to the standard I expected. There were marks, smudges, fingerprints and water marks left, and not everywhere was cleaned. The cleaning team left before I could even check their work. I was only offered a £15 refund, which I don't think is enough for such a poor job. I would not recommend this service!

Felt like I was scammed
Felt like I was scammed. Booked Cleaning Gurus for a “deep clean” in October. Cost £490 for 2 people to do 3 hours of light dusting and hoovering. I do not believe any reasonable person could consider this good value.

I am sorry that your experience with our company was not up to your expectations.
As a client-oriented company, we did our best to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. We encourage our clients to do the final check-up with the cleaners so you can point out if any missed areas occur. We asked you to send us photos of the missed areas so we can organise a reclean, but we never received the photos, nor we heard back from you since then. We offered another person to come and do a complementary cleaning service 3 months after the original cleaning and we also offered a credit for the next cleaning service organised
None of the offered options was suitable for you even though we did everything we could for you to be satisfied with the whole experience.
We would gladly help if there are any options that might be suitable for you.

I have used cleaning gurus for years for my son in Wimbledon and in Kensington for myself. I have been very happy with the cleaning standard. I would recommend them completely. Never had a problem.

Maya is reliable and hardworking and a very good cleaner, possibly the best one I’ve had yet through Cleaning Gurus.
I would highly recommend her.
I find it much easier using the agency as then I have continuous cover with replacements for holidays or when someone moves on.
