The Mortgage Works Avis 

I have a Buy-to-Let mortgage with UCB - who appear to use TMW for their admin.
My current deal was soon to expire and I was in a bit of a fix. Rang the TMW number given to me in a UCB letter. Phone answered reasonably quickly and spoke to Marion, who was extremely pleasant and very helpful. She suggested a course of action which I was pleasantly surprised about and got approval from Managers to proceed, which I did,
I'm waiting for the matter to finalise, but cannot fault the work of Marion - pleasant, understood my query (despite my rambling) and knowledgeable

My experience has been positive so far.

I was very anxious today about my mortgage transfers taking place yesterday as I hadn’t received confirmation that they had happened. I telephoned and spoke to Andrew. He was very patient, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He answered all my questions, reassured me that all matters were completed and talked me through how to register with the new Mortgage Works customer account portal. He was very easy to speak to and when the call ended I was very happy and very assured.

I have nothing but praise for the service I received from The Mortgage Works. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. The team were approachable, understanding, professional, and demonstrated a genuinely customer-centred approach.

The speed at which my mortgage application was processed was particularly impressive. The property valuation was arranged and completed within two days of my application being accepted, and the formal mortgage offer was issued just two days after the valuation had taken place.

I found the entire experience to be smooth, stress-free, and highly professional. The financial assessment process was fair, transparent, and clearly explained throughout. Supporting documentation was reviewed promptly by the underwriter, with decisions being made within a reasonable timescale and without unnecessary delays.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service provided and would have no hesitation in recommending The Mortgage Works based on my experience.

I had an amazing experience just talking to Avani (employee number T527550) in the customer service. She gave me excellent, professional and friendly service. Avani knows the product very well and if she needed clarification she kept me on hold to get me the right answer. This is my 3rd call to TMW and I have only been very confused speaking to the other agents. Its important that the customer service professionals understand and have an empathetic approach towards the customer. Ofcourse Avani was absolutely outstanding!! An asset to your organisation!!

Laura Mc is by far the best adviser I have dealt with. Communication is second to none, with emails replied within mins. Appointments arranged within hours. It was a pleasure dealing with Laura. TMW must be proud having such a phenomenal adviser onboard.
