From beginning to end the support was fantastic.
I dealt with a chap called Kieran who didn't once fob me off and reassured me that he would help resolve the issue which he did. Top marks to Gen Power and top marks to Kieran.

If it says they have it.... they might not!
Took my order for a pressure washer and have the £ from my card, but nothing on the website said they had no stock. Had a confirmation saying delivery within 24hrs as my order was before 2pm then nothing... No delivery, no communication at all. I called to chase and they have no idea when item will be back in stock, twice they said they would email me with a date. Have asked to cancel, said they would email to confirm cancellation and refund my card, but still no email or any sign of a refund. I wouldn't buy from them again as there is no way of knowing if they actually have the item you are paying for, Just useless, can't give less than one star, avoid at all costs!.

Superb aftersales/warranty claim services of Hyundai
Kieran Darragh of the aftersales services of Hyundai was fantastic. The blow function of the leaf blower vaccum was not working and I contacted Hyundai via online contact form and Kieran handled my warranty claim efficiently and effectively and it was in fact resolved less than 2 working days. Await for the replacement and thank you Kieran.
