How customer service should be
Rang with a big problem with my compressor Kieran a very helpful and knowledgeable guy answered the phone and immediately identified the problem advised me what I needed to send in for the warranty and less than 48 hours later I’ve got the part required in my possession top class service many companies could learn from from these if only there was a Kieran at every customer service centre thanks for your very quick turnaround

Kieran Darragh dealt with our chainsaw problem from start to finish.
Professional, efficient and prompt with every aspect of our issue, he was clear in asking for our help in order to resolve the problem and has rectified this within just a few days.
We would definitely purchase items from the company again down to his service even though our item was faulty.

Bought a water tank for my valeting…
Bought a water tank for my valeting business, opened box and the is no cap to keep the 68 litres of water coming out into my van.
Was told a replacement will be despatched straight away. Now told they have to get one from elsewhere....each day it's delayed is costing my family lost money. I can't recommend this company after my first time buying from them, will probably be the last time I buy form them.
Update Jade contacted me and arranged for the cap to be delivered within two days but this still left me over £200 out of pocket.

Staff in all departments are untrained and have no knowledge of products past or present. After sales and parts service are a total joke. They cannot even find the existence of a product bought just 10 years ago. Do not deal with these people ever.
