Hyundai lawnmower battery charger replacement.
I brought a Hyundai lawnmower from Amazon last year and while I rave over the quality of the machine itself sadly the battery charger gave up the ghost after half a dozen charges. After contacting customer services I spoke to Kieran Darragh and he went out of his way to get my replacement charger sent out as fast as possible.

Petrol power washer.
Ordered and paid for a petrol power washer which was showing in stock. Received a conformation of order E mail. But after several days of no further updates I messaged Chatbot to be told the item was out of stock, and no ETA for the item could be given for the washer. A refund could not be given at the time as it was the Easter holiday. Not impressed with the online ordering.

Complete waste of time. Ordered a Hyundai scarifier which was said to be in stock and on a one day delivery. After 5 days I called up, they didn't have it in stock and no estimate of when they would. Cancelled order

Hyundai Cordless mower would not work . Spoke to Kieran Darragh direct and via email who resolved the problem and arranged to send a replacement battery . Fitted battery which arrived within 2 days mowed the lawn . A great service from this company and Kieran
