Rhiannon was a pleasure to deal with quick to respond so helpful and polite, If I needed more windows I would buy them based on the service I received today!

Abby Howey went out of her way to expedite delivery of blinds I needed urgently and subsequently Jackie in dispatch was very helpful about the delivery.

The service I received was excellent and very prompt except that I had been told that the ordering team would be in touch with me to arrange a convenient delivery date (particularly important as the items were being delivered to an address where nobody was resident) but actually they arrived without warning, luckily when my brother happened to be visiting the property. I also have not received any confirmation of delivery via email.

We had a problem with a secondary rubber seal lifting on our 5 year old rooflights. Their customer care department were very prompt in communicating the remedy and supplying free of charge replacement seals,
I am so pleased our builder specified a small UK manufacturer The Rooflight Company because of the excellent after sales service which is so often lacking with large companies.

I bought 7 windows and 6 blinds from this company. When ordering the blinds online I was confused by the huge lists of window codes. I hit order for code CR11-3 believing I was ordering blinds for a window within the range of CR11 to CR13. It turns out I had made a big mistake! I am now being told nothing can be done. I have struggled to get any proper assistance from customer services and am just told the manager is away or off. Customer services are very polite but only respond when chased and even then it’s to explain that it’s being looked at. I have been trying to resolve this for a week. I have even spoken to the supplier of the blinds who were lovely but explained The Rooflight Company were the ones that needed to help me - this help seems very hard to find.

We have still to complete our order (details required) but I notice our payment has already been taken anyway

Very fast reliable service and great quality windows

I recently move into a house that has 3 x roof windows from the rooflight company - they look great and operate really well. The windows didn’t have any blinds fitted unfortunately, so we purchased the bespoke blinds from the rooflight company. As they link to the window size / part number, they were super easy to order. They were not cheap - but they are worth every penny. Great quality and couldn’t be more simple to fit. I couldn’t recommend their windows and blinds high enough.

Two of my windows, which were 8 years old, were easy to find blinds for but the other two were discontinued so could not get blinds, which was a bit disappointing. The order was delivered in a timely manner. The blinds are easy to fit and look good, however for the price I thought the quality would be a bit better. They are a little flimsy and do let quite a lot of light in around the edges for a black out blind. Overall I am happy with the result

Excellent service from start to finish with all 3 of my orders. Amy has been more than helpful on every occasion i have needed to either speak with her or e-mail her. Pippa in customer service is also a credit to the company along with everyone else that i have had to deal with throughout the ordering process.

I needed replacement struts for my loft windows and I had superb help and coaching from Paula in Customer Services who made sure I got the item I needed and that the pressure charge was right for my installation. She gave me coaching and instructions for how to install the new struts and then followed up to make sure everything worked. The struts were robust and quality items too. All round great service - with special thanks to Paula.

After placing the order which was recommended by the clients architect we received the windows .
Both my client and I were very disappointed on the design .
The windows were c07 skylights the amour of visible glass was terrible as there was a wide bar down middle to create this conservation look.
I’m sorry but for the cost involved we would not be buying these again.
Clement windows are far more better design to replicate the old Victorian ones.

I will review properly once i receive the roof lights
