The Neo roof lights are dreadful. They look beautiful from the outside but the rubber seals fell off after about 4 years, none of the 3 we bought stayed open after about 6 years - apparently the gas... Voir plus

Dear Mr Hine,
We are sorry to hear that the longevity of your rooflights have not met with your expectations. Regular cleaning and maintenance is recommended in our Operations and Maintenance manuals, this is especially important in coastal or industrial locations, and we ask that if any areas of concern are spotted on the rooflights during the maintenance and cleaning schedule these are reported to us straight away to give us an opportunity to review and potentially repair within the warranty period.
Unfortunately as the issue was reported outside of the 12 year warranty applicable for your rooflight frames and due to the location of the degradation replacements are the only solution. One of the team has provided you with quotations for replacement rooflights, to an upgraded specification, however if you wish to discuss this further please do contact us at customerservices@therooflightcompany.co.uk and ask for the Customer Services Manager.

Purchase of conservation rooflight windows/blinds
I purchased two conservation rooflight windows (CR-15/3) and am delighted with the quality of the windows. I spoke with James several times in relation to the order off the windows and electric window blinds. He has been extremely helpful and courteous throughout. Now that the windows are fitted, I am delighted with them.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending The Rooflight Company to others.

Unfortunately dreadful service
Unfortunately dreadful service. Windows should have been ready 14 Oct and complete silence. No reply to messages and person I managed to speak to today assured me we would hear from someone today and nothing- silence. And their website now claims that lead times have reduced!!! You have to pay up front and they don’t meet their delivery date or contact you to tell you why.

Excellent Blinds and quite quick…
Excellent Blinds and quite quick delivery for the manual version, but surprising the Rooflight company doesn't have a list of recommended fitters or offer that service. Unless you're good at DIY, they need a competent fitter.

Good solid robust product but very pricey
Good solid robust product delivered on time and well packaged. Internal design especially the amount of packing out quired from rafters to window edge could do with some more thought. My main reason for not giving more stars is the price, circa £650 for the smallest rooflight seems excessive but as my property is listed I had little choice but to pay up.

Came up trumps again!
I have used TRC before and this time they were as helpful as before. The conservation roof light is in place and looking splendid. The front of house team made sure the good arrived spot on time ( even in these difficult times) and all was as requested by my roofer. Can't thank them enough.

First class customer support.
I had an issue with the gasket that is stuck to the fixed frame and forms a seal under the opening vent. This gasket was curling away where the adhesive backing had let go, probably due to the gasket being fitted with mitred corners and joints so there was very little adhesive area at the ends.
One call to The Rooflight Company, left a message for the technical department, who rang me back the following day. We discussed the issue, they checked a couple of product details and offered to send me FOC replacement gasket by post, which they duly did.
No fuss, no hassle, high quality customer focussed support based on sound product knowledge and common sense. What a refreshing change!

Recently self built my dream home
The property is in a conservation area so restricted on the look and materials I could use
I discovered The Rooflight Company at the Self Build Centre in Swindon
They were very helpful in the sales process and they behaved really positively when I made a mistake and ordered the wrong sizes - this was swiftly and positively rectified
