The Neo roof lights are dreadful. They look beautiful from the outside but the rubber seals fell off after about 4 years, none of the 3 we bought stayed open after about 6 years - apparently the gas... Voir plus

Agent was very good, patient and professional.
Let down by your telephone situation and mybe misunderstandings at toimes as the measurements were the most important detail and somehow we got things wrong
But we got there in the end and Chris was excellent throughout

Four Conservation Rooflights installed…
Four Conservation Rooflights installed 13 years ago. No problems experienced to date except one of the double glazed panels has now failed. Contacted Rooflight Company on chance that a replacement part (casement) was available. Customer Service replied within 24 hours and subsequently immediate responses until completion of the query. Cannot fault after sales service, even after 13 years from purchase!

Rooflights were delivered in good time and on the date promised, but on a pallet that had a leak and got wet through. All the boxes are drenched making it difficult to move them (the cardboard disintegrated. They otherwise seem Ok

Exceptional service and superb product
We ordered two conservation rooflights for our listed barn and we are over the moon with the result. The customer service was outstanding, delivery on time and there were good, clear instructions for my husband to follow. We are delighted, thank you.

Took me over two weeks to actually speak to someone… still waiting now over two weeks later for my product. Had no choice but order through you, otherwise would have gone else were.
