Took up the offer of the fly repellent…
Took up the offer of the fly repellent neck bands so purchased 3 for our 3 field ornaments. The bands really don't work in fact seem to attract more flies! I emailed to express my disappointment with my £45 outlay only to be told they might not work on certain horses in some locations!!!? And they they were going to let their suppliers know..............glad to help!

I am sorry you were not happy with the fly collars, we did respond very quickly to your email with the comments about them, but you did not ask for us to take the matter further, you simply emailed to express your thoughts about them from what I can see. We have sold thousands of them without complaint, but all fly repellents work differently on different animals and in different areas of the Country (this is the same for every brand and style), it is the same as perfume smelling slightly differently on different people etc. We only stock products we believe in, and as we mentioned in our email, all our horses have used these collars for many years and we have always found them to work very well, but nothing will keep all flies away from horses.

The johdpurs fit well and are very nice and comfy.
I had to ask for a larger size, so I returned them, the email replies at some times seemed a bit rude and seemed like a automated reply and this did not answer my question I had asked and then one pair did not come back and I must say I was disappointed as I had not been told this in one of the emails. The service time frame was good. And I will use them again.
