Lost Ticket Problem solved
It's August... I had booked tickets through Ticketline back in March and for the life of me I couldn't find the email with my printable tickets. I was panicking as the event was in 2 days. Glad to say I contacted customer service with a copy of my bank transaction and email address and Chloe came to the rescue and resent the tickets.

Couldn't be better
Couldn't be better. I purchased a ticket to see Hawkwind my favourite band. The day before the gig l realised it hadn't arrived. It turned out that the ticket was sent 4 months previously but hadn't arrived. Panic stations. One call to customer services...one email and print and the problem was resolved. Thank you everyone. Fantastic job!

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service. For some reason my tickets weren't sending to my email so I made the enquiry with ticket line and they responded straight away whilst also solving the problem for me. Chloe was who dealt with my query and was polite and quick with replying & helping

I needed to change my ticket for my campervan pass
I needed to change my ticket for my campervan pass for Beathearder to a different type with only two weeks to go. One email later and their customer support team for Beathearder tickets ( in this case Chloe) responded within hours and sorted it all out. Amazing service, many thanks.

Excellent customer service
Had cause to raise a concern re being charged for delivery when I'd requested etickets.
Had a very quick response, problem sorted straight away and a small and appropriate refund issued.
Wish it was always this easy to deal with issues with other companies.
