I encountered an issue with my tickets, which was an error on my part. Chloe gave fantastic customer service and was able to provide a very quick resolution which made our family very happy (especially the children). Thank you Chloe.

Brilliant service
I have to speak as I find, very very responsive to e mails head a reply with 15 mins , none of this wait 48 hrs for a response , very polite and helpful highly recommend it’s my first time dealing with them and if this is the way they treat their customers it won’t be my last time dealing with them will happily return . Highly recommend them . Certainly a lot better than the other ticket selling site beginning with T .

Lost Tickets
I'd been fretting about not being able to find my tickets that I'd bought much earlier in the year.
Decided to contact Customer Services by email and got an acknowledgement immediately and then after minutes Chloe had resent them to me!

First Class Service from Ticketline Customer Services.
I often book tickets for the Bath Forum and I have to say Ticketline are the very best . They always keep me well informed. I would recommend them and their wonderful customer service department.
During lockdown I had a problem with another ticket agent and in the end the artist himself got involved to get me a refund for a cancelled show due to Covid. I couldn’t attend the rearranged date.

Great customer servicec
I purchased tickets and later found I would be unable to attend.so I emailed customer service I had a very fast response from Chloe, who told me that I was not entitled to a refund but said I could swap the tickets for another show .
3 / 4 email later . A new show was book ...Great customer service and thank you chloe ..

Extra ticket help !!! …
Contacted the customer relations team with a panicked request to get a couple of extra tickets for Mike & the Mechanics. Chloe ( what a star) was straight back, found adjacent tickets and ,quick as a flash , she booked and dispatched the extra’s . Brilliant service, will defo use again. X

Really wanted tickets for Alec Benjamin…
Really wanted tickets for Alec Benjamin and the presale was available the day before my daughter's birthday. Got a code but the link via the official site was broken. Decided to ring customer services on the off chance as I could buy tickets for everywhere except Manchester.
They were brilliant and sorted it out over the phone with me. Was able to gift tickets to my daughter for her birthday the following day and she was absolutely made up.

We were very happy with customer service (Chloe) because we had received tickets as a gift to see a show that we had previously purchased tickets for.
