I discovered TireMart in 2023. I needed tires for my wife's car. I checked several tire shops and a few online sites. After comparing brands and prices, TireMart was the best option for me. I called customer service and spoke with an agent who helped inform and advised me
about the tires I selected.
The ordering process was quite easy. Fast forward to 2024. I now needed tires for my car, the choice was easy. This is my second time around. Fast, easy and free delivery. Thanks Tiremart.com, until the next time!!

Placed an order and expected it to ship out because it was placed prior to the 1pm deadline for same day shipping. l've not received a tracking number or any correspondence. Sat waiting for a customer service reps for hours... and never got connected to customer service via the website chat. And yes I'm a real customer.......

Only for Tiremart.com to flag and report my experience as defamatory. Thankfully my experience wasn’t defamation and it was reinstated today on trustpilot. As a military retiree, I believe who ever is responding as tirerack.com should have a little more integrity about the service they provide and not attempt to report a customer’s experience to hide their shortcomings…. Because it’s clear this is what they attempted to do to me.

Good tire, good price just did not notice they were trailer tires. Maybe I will find a use for them

The service was great.. and how quick the tires were shipped.. but the shipping with fed Ex was not so good..it was a two part shipment and the first part was good the second part was bad.. it got messed up and first went to a place it should not..

We haven't put the tires on yet, but my husband said that he didn't think that they would fit.

Tires delivered as promised when promised - great ride.

The shipping was atrocious! The driver acted as though she was doing me a favor by making the delivery! Though it was raining, she initially delivered one set of tires, my wife had to flag her down to get her to search the truck for the second set! Upon delivery of the second set I inspected both sets for any obvious damage or wear being as this shipment had been misrouted back and forth, and from place to place other than to the addressee, creating serious delay, according to the tracking. And the driver appeared to have a problem with my inspecting the tires, and began making unprofessional comments. Upon leaving she scurried away like a person with anger issues! I also took screenshots of the changes that were made to the tracking data which serves as proof of tracking manipulations. Though the purchase process was fine, the shipping and delivery cast a shadow and is in need of serious improvement! I placed this order Jul 2 and didn’t receive the tires until jul 12th. That’s how long I was stranded.

Dishonest i bought 4 tire 2 came that would hold air 2 were dry rotted and would not hold air 28 emails all they do is keep asking for more pics more records tire depth . they were never driven on . Liars crooks stay away . Amazon was cheaper and came in 2 days . Funny i sue losers like this all the time .

It would have been nice for someone to give a courtesy call to assure me that I was making the right purchase for my vehicle. Other than that, so far the tires are working for my 2021 Range Rover Sport.

Great deal and expedient delivery

Good selection, although I purchased based on price, I don't know anything about this brand. But it's for a car that I don't anticipate being driven very much (classic).
But tires were shipped quickly.

I got two tires to match two I already had.
