Great Ladders
Great strong sturdy ladders only reason for 4 stars there sent me the wrong feet on the ladders :( i asked for articulated feet and there sent ladders with stabiliser bars

Parts missing!
Ordered ladders and waited over a month, which was fine as I was informed of the delay. Ladders were then delivered but missing the stabilising bar, feet and bolts. A week later I’m still chasing for them to be delivered!!

Delivery 3 weeks late and no communication
Delivery 3 weeks late and no communication. Had to ring up to find out that it had not yet been manufactured.

Great customer service
Having ordered a ladder online which offered near next day delivery I was initially disappointed to receive an email saying my order might take anything up to four weeks.
This was explained in the email as company reorganisation.
I telephoned esales at Titan and spoke to Bev who was very polite ( considering numerous calls from disgruntled customers like myself).
She provided great customer service, kept me updated on her enquiries to locate me a ladder and arranged delivery. The ladder was safely delivered a few days later.
Great individual customer service and my son is extremely happy with his ladder.

I was charged £45.00 for my delivery…
I was charged £45.00 for my delivery but got a refund of £30.00 because the charge of £45 was wrong but know one in Titan knows why this overcharged occurred ( I’ve heard that one too many times ) but it took over one week to be delivered to me. I only used Titan because I needed the accessory to match a previous ladder I bought from them, but I won’t be buying anything more from them. I will go elsewhere

The ladder stay arrived one day earlier…
The ladder stay arrived one day earlier than agreed, without agreed warning, I was still in bed. My e-mail to Titan regarding this mistake remains unanswered.

Nice staging boards, with next day delivery
Ordered 2 staging boards after finding most places that sell them online don't actually have them in stock. Titan where a bit cheaper than the places I spoke to and the next day delivery was brilliant. The delivery firm they use in my area were excellent too, accommodating my urgency. The boards look good, and are strong enough, just how they should be.
