Our product description does cover how you will receive your ladder, with both feet and a stabiliser bar to covers the health and safety guidance by the Ladder Associaion and HSE.
Mixed experiences I own 5 sets of Titan ladders.
Decent ladder, always used Titan over the past 8 years with varying success. My first ladder is still in perfect condition. 2 subsequent sets were terrible and became loose very quickly.
I’ve heard it’s under new ownership so hopefully my two most recent sets will hold up better.
Delivery etc. was great. One ladder was slightly dented but shouldn’t effect use.

Fantastic support for 21 year old product
I contacted Titan to try and find a replacement foot for a loft ladder installed 21 years ago when we moved to this address. My enquiry was more in hope than expectation. Not surprisingly the model was past end of life. I had immediate response requesting a photo and a super quick follow up to say they had found something suitable. It is now in the post. I have seen a couple of negative reviews but I can only say my experience in dealing with Titan was fantastic and could not be bettered.

Haven’t used yet but
Easy to order ,had a problem with them not arriving when someone was home the day after ,rang up and they sorted it for 5 days later when some one was in.
Have used Titan for the last 20 years my only problem is the have messed with the design by altering the rungs and making the ladders bulky which to most wouldn’t be a problem but as a window cleaner moving them all the time is

I have bought a Titan 5 tread ladder 14…
I have bought a Titan 8 tread ladder 14 years ago through another supplier. It is still going though used domestically. Now being Handyman Services I bought the 5 tread one to complement the other one. A 5 tread will get more call on more jobs but 8 tread is important for the 3 or 4 metre ceilings. The new 5 tread had a few minor tweaks to the design but in general is very much similar to the 8 tread. You feel safe standing on it and working off it, its weight is perfect to keep it still and steady while climbing or standing on it. It does not make any creaky noise like a cheap light domestic step ladder does; I know I use a 3 tread one and it's creaking even with a shuffle.
The delivery is good because the company itself does the delivery, mine did arrive a day later, however, it turned up in mint condition, clean and very shiny without a blemish.
The build quality is awesome, you can tell by the weight, the firmness of movement while opening or closing, it feels tight when opening and closing which means it will survive and stay robust for many years. My 8 tread being testimony to that.
There are other brands available at merchants and DIY stores but these Titan ladders are better and well priced.
I like the very top small step type platform to hold on to or lean into if there's plenty height still left that way your better balanced.
Clever that they now have turned that very upper part upside down so the plate now acts as a tool or parts tray.
When the time comes I will get the 3 tread as well.

Really great service from start to finish, I had a few questions before I purchased ladders and they were answered straight away.
Gave a date and time for delivery which was great.
Kept me updated on order.
Chris the driver who delivers the ladder was on time and polite.

Good quality ladder but delivery was an issue as took over a week to arrive.
Not entirely Titans fault and they at least contacted me back when I emailed them and the courier.
