Well organised tour, felt very informed, safe and well looked after whilst on the tour. Hotels were all great and Colin did so well considering the group was larger than Id have thought it would be.

Booking process: We reserved a trip to the Rockies and Alaska this morning. Our many questions were very efficiently handled by Emma and we succeeded in booking our holiday for May 2027. Thank you Emma for your patience and we are grateful for your knowledge about the tour.

Comprehensive information given on our booking enquiry by a friendly advisor. An issue arose re. the availability of flights (not Titan’s fault) but we were kept updated regularly and the booking kept for us until there was further confirmation.

Originally, a friend &I planned on going to the Amalfi Coast together, but unfortunately,two single rooms weren’t available at the time we wanted to go .After speaking to Michaela , we decided to go separately on different dates & Michaela was extremely helpful & accommodating sorting it all out.I didn’t particularly want to be the only single person on the trip so she kindly informed me other singletons were also booked, which was the deciding factor for me.I can’t praise Michaela enough. She phoned back when she promised,made the booking with great cheer & nothing was too much trouble.People like Michaela restore your faith in customer service !

I have been on several Titan Tours.
Once you get there…all have been fabulous, with excellent logistics and professional guides “on the ground”; accommodation has generally been of a high standard too.
Unfortunately what spoils the experience is:
* the clunky user-unfriendly website;
* I have tried on three separate occasions to pay my balance online - but computer says no - hugely frustrating as I am currently abroad and will have to telephone the office when I get back to the UK;
* staff on the telephone are not always very helpful; and
* Titan insistence on only recognising one/a single “lead” passenger and sending just only one set of documents when (non-habiting) friends travel together is HUGELY annoying and frustrating. We have each individually paid for our trip so why can’t we each be sent an individual set of documents..?

Melissa was most helpful and reassuring as I was a little nervous about booking as a solo traveller on a non-dedicated solo departure. She was professional throughout the booking process and answered all questions proficiently.

Booked to go to Canadian Rockies and Alaska Discovery next August. Melissa was brilliant and answered all our questions and was very helpful.

We were dealt with by Kate and she was extremely helpful, taking us through all the details of our booking.
She explained the whole booking , the cost, the taxi transfer, everything. We had a few laughs and the whole experience was excellent. We are going with friends and she linked us to their booking too.

Amazing holiday circumnavigating Svalbard. MS Fram a very comfortable ship and crew well organised and helpful. Food amazing. Wildlife in abundance including sightings of polar bears, Arctic foxes, walrus, seals and whales. Tour guide Darren Wheatley very professional and caring. Fantastic trip.Even managed a walk on pack ice! We also went 81 degrees north.

We have been on trips previously and had a great experience each time. After some pondering decided to look at another for 2027. We picked our trip and made a call, MANDY was the sales person we spoke with, she was very friendly & efficient in covering all aspects and answering our questions. Lots of info came our way, a bit much sometimes to take in but as we were going to book it didnt matter too much. She covered the discounts too while booking to get a reasonable price. One part i think TITAN should drop as not needed was edging to the hard sale, groups are small yes, if this trip was full there are others.

Just returned from Circumnavigation of Svalbard. The most amazing holiday in an awesome and inspiring destination. Had 2 days in Oslo and 1 day on Longyearbyen followed by 12 nights on Ms Fram circumnavigating the Svalbard. Saw amazing sights including polar bears, walrus, arctic fox and reindeer. Throughout the tour we were supported and guided by our wonderful tour manager Darren.

The cruise around Svalbard was a wonderful adventure full of many memorable moments. The Titan link with HX Expedition Team and Crew enabled us to experience first hand a range of activities to immerse us in the magic of the Arctic region. Our Titan guide Darren Wheatley, was excellent from start to finish: knowledgeable, kind, helpful, supportive, going above and beyond to ensure the group's needs were met.
Yes, I had some organisational issues with Titan/HX/SAS at Oslo Airport which caused great anxiety at the time but hopefully, all parties involved will ensure that Assistance requests are for the whole journey outbound and inbound and never again have a person with mobility issues feeling stranded and begging for help.
However, the Cruise itself was spectacular: great ship, fantastic crew, brilliant restaurant staff and varied meals, passionate and exciting expedition team, interesting lectures and a varied programme of activities. The Arctic will live in my memory for a very long time. Thank you.

The tour manager, Darren Wheatley was exceptional in his dedication to the holiday and his passengers.

We had a financial query relating to our booking. We initially spoke to Millie (hope I got her name correct) on Saturday, who tried to resolve the query but unable to do so, so she raised an internal query for us with the relevant department. When we called back today, we spoke to Manisha who once given relevant information was able to check and confirm that our query had been resolved. Both Millie and Manisha were very pleasant and professional in their approach to our query and we are now looking forward to our holiday.
