No go
stock adverstised, paid for it then told me extra cost to post 55 euro, agreed to that, then emial to say they canceled the order, due to all there stock being damaged, just did not want the hassel of posting one item,

We would like to clarify that we only had 4 units of the item in stock. Due to the size and nature of the product, it required a pallet shipping charge of £55. Upon further investigation, we discovered that the 4 units showing as in stock were unfortunately damaged and not in sellable condition. This item is not typically kept in stock, so we attempted to source it from our suppliers. However, we were informed of a long lead time for restocking.
After exploring all possible options, we regrettably had no choice but to cancel your order and issue a refund as a last resort. We understand how frustrating this situation is and are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Excellent customer service
First time ordering from this website and it was an incredibly positive experience. I placed my order over the weekend and on the Monday received a very apologetic email saying the item I ordered was out of stock. I was offered an alternative which I was happy with and it was delivered the next day. Very happy with my purchase and the service I received.

Excellent Follow Up Customer Service
I ordered a chair for my garden. When I opened the packaging there were some nuts and bolts missing. O'Connor's responded immediately and organized a replacement to be sent. I received excellent customer service. O'Connor's are a great local company to deal with.

Received wrong size fire grate on…
Received wrong size fire grate on delivery…ended up having to drive to adare shop to get proper size .. which lady at the desk had not a clue where to find ..after 2 more wrong sizes brought out I eventually got right one

You chose to drive to our Adare store to collect it instead. We believe this review might not fully reflect our commitment to resolving the issue promptly.
