Ordered and paid for a jacket for Christmas present. Called to be told it wasn’t in stock in the size I ordered. Very disappointed. Website should have been updated.

Terrible.
Don't even know where to start, ordered a Xmas tree, got sent the wrong one, on the 3rd correspondence a few days later I'm told they don't have the one I ordered in stock... AND.... then get an email that as a sign of good faith they'll give me a full refund AND will arrange pickup of the wrong one at no charge to myself... The sheer and utter gall.
Never shop there again, once bitten etc...
