I had a 5-star experience thanks to the incredible service from staff members Carol and Babs. Even though the shop was closing, they went the extra mile to make sure my children had the chance to try on their uniforms. They patiently helped us choose the right sizes and assisted with packaging everything, ensuring we were completely sorted before leaving.

Carol and Babs were extremely polite, understanding, and showed outstanding teamwork throughout. Their dedication and friendly approach made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Spoke to the lovely Ryan who dealt with an issue, very pleasant. Although there is a store locally that sell uniform for the school my son attends, I always place my orders with Total Clothing from when my son was in Primary school. I am yet to visit the store itself.

Mackenzie was very helpful and let my daughter try on different sizes.She got the products we needed very quickly.She also explained the return policy if we needed it.

My son is changing schools at very short notice and I needed uniform by the start of next term. I placed my order and then called and explained the situation to Barbara who said she would see if there was anything she could do to get it to me by the 6th Jan. Within an hour, Barbara emailed to say that my order had been processed and would be with me before the start of term! Excellent service and Barbara was so lovely and helpful! I will have no issues ordering from them again in the future! Thank you 😊

I ordered an item the wrong size, so arranged a return and requested a smaller size. Receipt of the item was confirmed very quickly and they dispatched my new item the same day. Great service.

Barbara responded really quickly to my email about an items of clothing I had purchased which had shrunk in a few weeks. She offered for me to return the item. When I explained I only had one and needed a replacement before returning the item she asked me to send pictures of the time so a decision could be made about a replacement. She again responded quickly and then followed up with a phone call to confirm the replacement and check which size I required. Barbara was very friendly and efficient with her communication and the problem was solved very quickly. Many thanks

I recently had a great experience buying a school uniform from total clothing store. The staff was incredibly helpful. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, their excellent customer service made a potentially stressful task of changing my order due to a mistake done by me much more manageable. I highly recommend Total Clothing for anyone needing school uniforms.

Babs and team were so patient with my son who has sensory processing differences and was finding the experience overwhelming and distressing. Babs guided us, helped us problem solve and calmly supported us both. I've used Total for my school uniforms from reception through to sixth form for 2 of my children and with 2 more to go. Summer holidays are always busy, all of the staff do their very best to ensure our children are fully kitted out!
Be mindful of guaranteed delivery dates in the summer holidays to avoid disappointment for the start of autumn term.
Barb has gone above and beyond for an item I had been late in purchasing. (waiting for Exam results). Item ordered and although it won't be here before the start of term, Barb found us in her sale rail a size close enough to see him through until ours arrives. Thank you Barb xx
Total are busy through the summer holidays, with the final 10 days before term starts increasing massively. They have adequate parking, staff are always polite and happy to get what you need.

We had an easy, stress-free trip to total clothing. Carol helped us & couldn't have been more helpful with guidance on what to get & helping with sizing. Came out with uniform for two difficult schools.
