Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service over the phone from staff member Presley. I had sent back a PE training top but the smaller size had not been processed and sent out. Was told that it was a glitch in the system and that somebody would ring me back in the next few days to sort it out. Instead, Presley found the order, corrected it and then phoned me back within 10 minutes to say the new top was on its way with an email confirmation. The young man is a credit to your company.

Seamless experience
I went shopping with my daughter for year 10 school uniform and I have to say it was an absolutely seamless experience from start to finish! As soon as we arrived we were asked what school we needed and every item we needed was catered for and the perfect sizing recommended for my daughter. This was overall a great experience from start to finish!

Efficient and great customer service
Our uniform order arrived very quickly and was great quality aside to a faulty tie. However, this was very quickly remedied by Presley, who after a couple of pictures of the fault, arranged for a new one to be sent. The customer service received was brilliant and I cannot fault it. Presley was extremely prompt and helpful.
