Presley was extremely attentive to my issue, was very quick with responding to my emails and even ordered a replacement item before I had acknowledged receipt of the returns labelled. I went with my daughter and Grandson to total clothing, to buy his uniform for September, we were served by Carol, she was so helpful and knew her job and clothing very well, she was spot on estimating my Grandsons size, nothing was too much trouble, she made a particular effort to talk to him and ask him about school ect, as he suffers ASD he was made to feel very much at home, thanks Carol we appreciate you x

Ryan Tams-Law was extremely helpful and knew what he was doing. He was confident in knowing how much uniform we needed to buy along with the sizing ready for September. He was very polite, professional, and easy to talk too especially as I didn’t know exactly what I needed.

With regards to payment methods I think it would be a real benefit if you could accept PayPal to help spread the costs - it’s an awful lot of money to pay out especially when you have more than one child to buy for.

The two people that served us were ( Maia and Jake ) they very patient and gave good advice about how many of each uniform we should buy.Definitely will shop here again !
