Amazing Holiday!
Tots to Travel were fab, the accommodation (Green Garden - Tenerife) was so sensibly thought out with plenty to entertain an 18 month old, we had so much fun. Staff on site are very helpful and I’m confident that support would have been given through Tots in the UK if required, given the pre-travel and follow up calls. I’ve recommended to all of my friends with little ones as it made holidaying with a toddler as relaxing and easy as it possibly could be!

First and last time
I don’t feel I received any benefits from booking with tots to travel. We didn’t receive items promised on the essential kit and the property was not in my opinion completely safe for children which were the two main factors in choosing tots to travel.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, Helena was very helpful and attentive. The properties on offer are fabulous, totally made for kids in mind. Only negative for me is I would like an option for free cancellation. Booking a year in advance and nervous for some unforeseen circumstances we can't go. Other then that fabulous. 5 stars.

Having booked with Tots To Travel three…
Having booked with Tots To Travel three times now I can honestly tell you that in my experience there isn't a more helpful travel agent out there.
On top of that the fact that they cover all of the essentials when travelling with younger children (their site says under 5s but mine are 5 and 7 and the resort we're going to next year is still perfect for them) just makes travelling so much easier than it often is.
