The price
The price! I went to a local builders yard and they were initially quoting me £700+ even when they gave me a huge alleged discount they quoted £280. I order from trade pipes and I paid £165!
Delivered to.my door within 72 hours. Can't fault trade pipes

The goods arrived in perfect condition.
Goods arrived in perfect condition and on time.
The only oddity was the two items arrived by two different couriers.

Poor delivery experience - still waiting...
The selection of stock and supplies were great and I had a fast acknowledgement of my order. 11 days after my order the items have not been delivered - or shipped as far as I can tell.
My e-mail enquiry is still unanswered and my last phone call assured me my order was being picked and should be with me shortly. Neither appears to have happened

Very poor
Waiting ages for delivery .. had clear message of instructions for the delivery driver but he either couldn’t read them or wasn’t given them by the company so first attempt at delivery failed and when it was finally delivered it was the wrong colour ! Complete waste of my time and stopped me completing job on time .

I can this order was dispatched within two working days of being placed, however it appears the goods were misrouted during the transit you. While we make every effort to pass along additional delivery instructions, we use third party couriers, so we cannot guarantee that these will be passed along to the driver.
As for the wrong colour being received, this was an error made in our warehouse, and we take full accountability for this and offer our apologies for the mistake. I can see a full refund has now been issued for the order, and we appreciate any and all feedback in order to improve our service moving forward.

I was able to source duct end caps at a very reasonable price delivered promptly. These items are rare and not available within 30 miles of my base so Trade Pipes were the best option. I will use them in the future and highly recommend them as the products are top quality, well done!

I was able to find everything I wanted for my project on the website. Order placed on Sunday with confirmation email to confirm purchase. Order dealt with inside the period shown on their website, with 2nd email to confirm delivery would be made following day. Items received on day stated with parts in good condition. The whole process from start to finish went well hence my 5 star rating.

Poly pipe quality at a third of the price
Great prices, quality product, fast and efficient order and delivery - what is there not to be really happy about! The pipes are fully compatible with poly pipe but a third of the price.
