My elderly mother-in-law was conned into switching her phone to these scammers a few years ago now. Her phone bills do not make any sense, as some months, without making many calls, her bill is over £150. Now we want to cancel her landline, they want to charge her £99.
When we cancelled our phone line, TalkTalk never charged us a penny, so why do these scammers have to?

The young lady who I chatted to, I think her name was Elly, was so lovely. She was lovely to speak to and helped me such a great deal. Simply the best person I have had dealings with ever. Well done to her.

Amy was very polite and helpful in dealing with my final payment to your company, sadly have left due to being without a phone line for 12 days when an openreach engineer had disconnected our line while dealing with a house on my street and then while they tried to find problem he also disconnected our broadband for 7 of those days, after ringing several times to get it sorted was told I needed to get intouch with openreach when really it is the provider who should do that and was offered £20 compensation and told to take it up with openreach. It wasn't provider problem, baring in mind you can't get intouch with openreach, so overall that's the only reason I ended this contract, as staff were always polite but I suppose through rules and regulations they weren't able to get to bottom of issues for whatever reason.

Ryan the Open Reach engineer was very helpful, friendly and capable.
He sorted out the problem and informed me of exactly what the situation was.He tested everything to make sure it was all working.
Also gave me a follow up call to make sure all was working OK.

Really rapid and excellent service. There was no queue to talk to the helpline. The person from Transparent Telecom "Amy" was very helpful and understood the problem very quickly. Everything was sorted within a couple of minutes. I'm really satisfied.

I am very impressed with the customer service I received from Liana during 2 recent telephone calls to Transparent while assisting my father with his account. The member of staff was extremely helpful and understanding of the matter in question and was also very reassuring of my anxiety over trying to sort things out. Many thanks.
