This sadly is a scam. You will receive the item ordered, but if the fit is poor, despite what is said on the website, the company are not interested in returns and will try to negotiate refunds starting at 10%. This is a Chinese company so returns are expensive/impossible - they just don't want the items back. Best to avoid.

Do not buy from these they are scammers. Bought a size 6 more like a size 5, they are poor quality noway are they orthapetic. Asked for a refund no they sent me £20 and keep the shit shoes. It took 6 weeks to get my money.

Items were not as advertised. I was under the impression I was buying bona fide orthopedic shoes, and after parting with my hard-earned 27 quid, I end up with a pair that was cheaply manufactured, the kind of cr*p you find in pound shops for a fiver. Very disappointing. I'm not the Bank of England.

Awful quality!! Ordered 4 pairs for all family in October, by June all shoes have stretched and have holes .

I strongly advise against buying from this company as they are a UK 'storefront' only. Orthoserene sources its orthopedic and comfort footwear directly from overseas manufacturers and wholesale suppliers in China. The products are often shipped from these international warehouses straight to the customer, which frequently results in extended delivery times.

Absolutely terrible company I bought 2 pairs of slippers in January 2026 and after all this time they are refusing to refund my money even given me the return address, which on their website states do not return to that address, and request I give them the tracking number they refused to accept the parcel and it was returned to me the following day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered wide first shoes for my mom to wear at my wedding and they were delivered after waiting over two weeks. They did not fit so emailed as per return protocol to return for refund. Took 3 days to respond saying theyre happy to exchange. No return label attached. Have responded stating I want a full refund as there is not anything else suitable for the occasion and waiting response. Will update when I get a response.

I ordered boots and slippers which were not as described and lacked the advertised support. I received them 3 weeks later and returned them to their UK warehouse (confirmed delivered 16 March), but the company spent weeks trying to pressure me into accepting a partial refund.

They repeatedly tried to deduct 'handling fees' which is a direct breach of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Despite promising a full refund in writing on 3 April, they have failed to pay. I have now had to escalate this to a Barclays chargeback and report them to Trading Standards. Avoid this company—they do not respect UK consumer law.

Awful company to deal with. Boots ill fitting and not suitable for purpose. Asked for return and refund.
Paid £48.99 - they offered me £10 to keep them !
Said that I wanted a full refund. They then offered me £15.
I was told that I would have to return the package to them at my own expense.
I asked them for the return address on 16/02/2026 - still no reply

I wish I’d read the reviews first! Shoes ordered were not fit for purpose. Struggled to get a return address from them. They offered £12 plus I could keep the shoes. After many emails they gave me an address for the returns and they acknowledged that they had received them. After many promises of a refund (minus a restocking fee) they went quiet. Needless to say, nothing has been refunded. Do not deal with this outfit.

Do not use this company. They are not based in UK despite what website says. It's a Chinese company. Products are quality you would get off Temu.
Total scam

I would give this company no stars. They are thieves. After returning an order in January and asking for a refund I still haven’t received anything apart from lies and excuses from them. DO NOT order anything from this company.
It makes my blood boil to see that they are still in business.

I paid £37.98 for shoes and requested a return as the shoes were way too small, but despite multiple requests, they refused to provide a return label or instructions. Instead, they offered a partial refund of £15 if I kept the item, which is unacceptable. They also used to respond to emails at 2/3AM.

I’ve had to escalate the issue through PayPal due to their lack of cooperation.

Very poor customer service. I would not recommend.

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before buying, stupid me! Absolute con of a company, shoes are cheaply made and obviously not from the UK. Have tried to get a refund but get pushed back every time ....partial refund of £12 offered but on requesting return and full refund nothing is forthcoming. Total scam, do not buy from this website!

Only putting one star as not able to leave a 'no star review' which this is.
I ordered two pairs of shoes in January. One pair were fine, but wanted to send the other pair back. They first offered a partial refund of £12 without having to return the shoes and then another of £20 without having to return the shoes. I declined on both occasions. I was then told to return the item at my own expense which I did. I have chased the refund 3 times, and have been told twice that the refund is on the way. To date I have received nothing back.

Terrible customer service- slippers did not fit and were not as described. I contacted orthoserene to arrange to return for a refund but nothing came of it. Looked further into the company and realised It’s a total scam / foreign person using an address in London. Gave up in the end and am £40 out of pocket and stuck with a pair of useless slippers

Ordered the shoes which were not as advertised - they are 100% plastic.
I have emailed three times over three weeks to ask to return them but as yet have had no reply.
I take it from the reviews on Trustpilot that I will never get a reply or a refund. Lesson learned.
DO NOT ORDER from this company - the products are not as advertised and the option to return doesn't exist.

This is a scam website. I ordered a pair of shoes which did arrive, but didn’t fit, so I tried to arrange a return as per their published returns process. Numerous issues, back and forth communication, and despite repeatedly telling me my refund was being issued and I just needed to be patient, I have never received my refund - 5 months later. Avoid at all costs.

I have been waiting over 5 weeks for my order no sign of it
