Ruby was very friendly and understanding of my problem. Is going to try her best to get the problem resolved by talking to her technical team. I have always had pleasant conversation with anybody I have spoken to there and they have always done their best and eventually got any problems resolved.

Loss of landline!
Ryan is very professional and friendly. The absolute best!
Ryan dealt with our landline problem very quickly. Openreach were called to investigate the fault that their engineer did and he repaired it.
Ryan then called us to check that our landline was in full working oder. Brilliant job!
