Prompt response, cheery Liana, efficient action. A credit to the company. Why doesn’t this happen elsewhere?

Ellie who I spoke to today was able to sort out my query very quickly and efficiently. She was polite and very helpful.

Tamsin was very courteous, and helpful, at a difficult time due to bereavement. She clarified the itemised bill, which eased my understanding of it.

Sophie was very professional in the way she handled my enquiry. She was very polite and is a credit to your company.

Sophie was very polite and understanding with my problems. some of the answers of the problems I did not understand what she was saying. but she was patient and repeated the answer a couple of times so I could totally understand. she was very tall and with me.

Ellie was very helpful but Openreach are letting product supplier down with slow response times.

First phone call with Ellie I was upset.
Phoned to pay bill and spoke to Sophie. She was marvellous. So helpful and explained everything. At the end of the conversation I am staying with transparent.

Transparent telecom had added services to my mother's account without asking if she wanted them, which she hadn't. This increased her bill by a considerable amount
Ellie was polite and friendly. She explained everything in a clear, easy to understand manner and hopefully resolved the problem.
I am giving Ellie the 4* rating not transparent telecom, as I feel they should have explained all the add ons before adding them on and causing an elderly person added worry

Some of the early responses were questionable, but after some clarification progress became better and the problem was resolved.

I had numerous queries and Sophie handled each one brilliantly. There have been some challenges with a gap between moving houses which Sophie has fully ironed out and we are now set up as we wanted to be. Very good customer service and a pleasant and friendly manner.
