Great job by all.
I was very pleased with the collection of composite doors from Trent Valley Windows. From making contact to making my purchase I was put at ease when making my door selection.
I was contacted in advance of my installation date, and the installation team Darren & Dwayne arrived on time. Both of them carried out their task in a very professional way taking care of my property when removing my old door. They took time to answer all of my question along the way.
Once completed the work area was cleaned away and all the rubbish removed.
1st class job all round.

This was a good quality product, very well installed for a good price. Everyone from this company who we have had contact with, from the original salesman who responded to our enquiry, to the surveyor and the installers, were diplomatic and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely disappointed. Find a company not connected with TVW
Extremely disappointed.
Extension work still unfinished after 6 months. Project manager beyond useless with a distinct inability to communicate.
Products arrived damaged, faulty product installed, site left a mess, damage to property still unresolved after 3 months.
Formal complaint goes on unresolved.

I used Trent valley windows and doors…because they are brilliant
I used Trent valley windows and doors some years ago and thought I'd use them again for new french doors and a window, from the initial telephone call and throughout the entire process I was kept updated and informed, the fitter was excellent and a pleasure to have in our home, his standards of workmanship were excellent and he left the place spotless. I had to contact Trent Valley Windows to come and fix a minor issue with one of newly fitted windows. They were great from the moment I contacted. A suitable date was arranged and the fitter arrived promptly and fixed it super quick.

Excellent service with Trent Valley Windows
I had new windows and front door installed this week and I cannot say how great the service, customer care and finished product is. It looks lovely - especially my front door! From start to finish I have been kept updated on the process and the install itself was very impressive. Installers Darren and team were professional, efficient and super helpful.
I have been very impressed and will certainly recommend them and use them again for any future projects.

Excellent customer service even after the doors have been installed
The doors Trent valley put in have made our house look beautiful. We are really pleased with them and the customer care since they’ve been in is brilliant. We had an issue with the restrictors but someone came out very quickly to repair them and resolved the issue. Would definitely use them again if we need doors or windows in the future. Great customer service.
