Conservatory
I had my conservatory installed last year. I think they gave an over prized fee. Whenever I tell my friends and even those who come into my house for repairs were really shocked by the amount I have paid in this conservatory, everyone will say that I shouldn't have paid that kind of amount if I have chosen a different company. Tried researching and asking contractors I realised that it was really expensive considering the work done. Maybe because the surveyor or whatever it is called who came and did the planning and pricing noticed that I am naive. learned the hard way, now, whenever I do some projects at home I make sure to have a lot of options because not all companies are trustworthy. My overall experience with them is unsatisfactory. Slow to finish and every time I had to chase them. The lock of my double door is impossible to lock I believe it is misaligned.

Conservatory build
Very knowledgeable in the planning phase, explaining the options and the advantages. The survey was done very carefully which proved to be important to get a really good fit. I had 2 parts to the job so it was a little chaotic knowing the timings, but the quality of the work was excellent. Also the installers took care to clear up after each job. Overall very impressed and would recommend.

Unreliable and unprofessional impression from the start.
I had to chase them to make an appointment, several times. When someone came out, he was late as his other appointments over ran. He wanted to reschedule, but I asked if he could come measure the door as I had taken time off to meet him. He promised to follow up with a teams call. He didn't. No call to apologise or request to reschedule. Not a great first impression and I thought to myself if they are like this now, what would they be like if I actually placed an order? I have wasted so much time waiting for appointments and chasing appointments. Not great.

Fitted to a very high standard
All the installations have been fitted to a very high standard. From start to finish the service and workmanship for my new windows and door has been exceptional. The attention to detail and skill and care taken is outstanding. The installers were highly skilled, efficient, and friendly. The sales advisor was invaluable in providing supportive advice and going the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the specifications. The surveyor was thorough and also ensured I was happy with the specifications. The project manager has helped throughout the entire project process. I praise all for their care and attention. A very pleasing result that has made a tremendous difference to my home.

This is an excellent company. Had numerous doors and windows from them and always been more than happy with the quality and the service that I have received.

The customer service was good, nothing was too much trouble. The door fitting went smoothly the guys made sure they cleaned up afterwards. They answered all questions asked and were very pleasant.

Excellent service from start to finish. The quote and design was clear. The surveyor was excellent and the team who did the fitting for our windows were great. Everything ran on time and there was no mess.

Great doors and great to deal with...
Great communications and really helpful, no pushy sales talk and we felt confident the company understood what we wanted. We found a great choice of door styles and colours and the installation came exactly when they said it would. The fitters were great too!

Follow up professional repair
Our extension was built very much to our satisfaction by Trent Valley two years ago, they have returned promptly to replace a door handle with no fuss.

We are very happy with replacement of glass roof with prefabricated roof on our conservatory. Build quality excellent and project was well organised ,with all workers taking great care in cleaning up after themselves which was big job in itself . Speedy and efficient
The measurement and installation were both completed smoothly. There were a few issues post installation, but after sales help was always provided in a speedy and efficient manner. We are delighted with our new garden door！

Excellent experience
From the start of my interactions with the sales team, through to installation and aftercare I have been impressed with the company.
I very much liked the approach of the Sales Designer. I didn't feel any hard sell or fake offers rushing me into making a decision (which was a very different approach compared to some of the other companies I got quotes from, that made me feel really uncomfortable). He was informative, approachable and helpful.
A Project Manager was assigned to us (we were changing from an existing orangery to a solid roofed extension with all new windows and doors). He answered all of my questions promptly and in full and visited the our home several times during the install. From other renovations we've learnt that a good Project Manager who is ideally not one of the actual team physically doing the renovation work, is key for oversight and to have time to respond and communicate with customers. After a bad experience previously with another company, I did have a lot of questions, but he was always polite, nothing was too much trouble and he was always able to get me an answer quickly. He was flexible and planned the timeline around me and a couple of days when I was unavailable etc.
In terms of after care I only had a couple of very small snags and they were resolved promptly with someone visiting our house quickly to do the work.
The price was fair compared to other companies we got quotes from, but the most outstanding thing that I was impressed with the most was the timeline. Where other companies couldn't give me any kind of install date or just a vague one, I got a full timeline from Trent Valley immediately and it was kept to and in fact exceeded. I couldn't believe the speed of the work from me paying the deposit to completion. The install team worked in bad weathers to get it completed on time and the Project Manager planned other trades such as plasterers and electricians, perfectly around the installers.
I would definitely use Trent Valley Windows again for other renovations and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them based on my experience. Thank you to all the team involved, we love our new extension!
