No problems. The travel insurance I received was underwritten by AXA Travel Insurances. I had to make a couple of claims and received what I intended minus the excess I had indicated.

I wouldn't insure with anyone else.

I felt trusted insurances went above and beyond to help me. Kevin offered to call me on the date I needed to buy my insurance, so that the payment would go through on the correct day. They're always helpful and efficient and have replaced my phone numerous times. I've insured 3 devices for £15.50, with only £25 excess and no limit. A price I definitely couldn't find elsewhere!

A Trusted Cover

This is my second time, I am purchasing a mobile phone insurance from this company. Their terms & Conditions in respect of their policy is straightforward and I should say it very clear to understand. No jargon wordings are used and it's simple to understand.
I have a diamond cover and the premium may sound a little hefty, nevertheless the coverage of the equipment is of a high standard. The wallet cover on this policy is something that you would never get with other providers/insurers. Some don't even want to mention this in their policy or when you do a quote online. I am covered for a maxium of £500, as I have numerous credit cards in my Google wallet.
In a nutshell Trusted Mobile insurance has forseen and covered all aspects of your bubble. Bravo.

Claim for a fault internal screen for a fold 3.

I ad to make a claim with them for a mobile screen that just stopped working (fold 3 internal screen). They did request a lot of documents including proof of usage which was new to me but something most mobile provider are able to send within 24 hours. In my case there was no damange but the internal screen just stopped working. They did ask a lot of question but once everything was answered the rest of process was great. I pain the excess, arrange pickup, they took around 10 working days to fix and return the phone. Response to an email I sent was resonably quick as well.

AVOID - SHOP ELSEWHERE

made a claim for my damaged phone, apparently a monthly payment had failed so they would not continue the claim, called their customer service department to pay the monthly payment to be told they cannot accept card payments. I had to reset the direct debit, now to be told they have to wait for confirmation of payment (estimated to be 17-19th June) before they will look at the claim, all this time needing my phone repairing - sounds like delay tactics, painfully slow at answering queries or resolving anything, quick enough to take your money though!!!!!

While we are always adding new gadgets to the drop down list, not all gadgets will be listed. However, we do cover gadgets that are not listed, as long as they meet the policy definition of a gadget. You can enter the device manually and insert the value.

Quick to take money, very slow & unhelpful getting access to required policy documents

Paid for travel insurance on 3rd April 2024, for father going on a cruise tomorrow - 26th April. Today is 25th April and despite several phone calls this week, we cannot get access to policy documents and he sails tomorrow. They saying they have to wait till IT dept. gets back to them. No sympathy or help from them at all and have to purchase new insurance to be sure. Cowboys and would not recommend or use again.. quick to take money but very slow and unhelpful to get necessary documents. So either lose the cruise or spend more money with another insurance provider. Shameful

Slow and drawn out do not use.

This company promises a swift process with regards to sorting lost or damaged gadgets but that is not the case. Documents were provided to them on the 18th and still not resolved on the 24th. I probably should not write this review as they are still dragging their heels and this will probably make them worse but it is better
others know what they are like.

Was sent a temporary password to log in to my account and it doesn't work despite numerous attempts online and on my phone.

Update:
Trusted have been in contact and whilst the issue remains unresolved, they are looking into a fix

Solid insurance

Solid insurance! I've been with them for three years now and had to make one claim for a broken laptop screen, they made it relatively painless so I had my laptop back within a week or two and they paid me quickly as I had all my receipts and things - though there was slight pickiness on invoices vs receipts and things but we got through! I've now gone for a family bundle and it was a great deal and they helped me set it up very easily.

Great phone insurance at a cheap price

I have had a 3 gadget bundle with Trusted insurance for a few years.
Had to claim a few times mainly due to my daughters losing or dropping their phones
Trusted insurance have always settled the claim.
The cost of the policy is very cheap compared to buying with your network
