No problems. The travel insurance I received was underwritten by AXA Travel Insurances. I had to make a couple of claims and received what I intended minus the excess I had indicated.

Terrible Insurance company they’re happy to take your monthly payment but they are creating unnecessary hassle to replace my stolen device. I have provided all the documents they need but they’re still taking long to proceed with my insurance claim I’m soo angry and frustrated. I totally regret insuring my device with them.

No problems. The travel insurance I received was underwritten by AXA Travel Insurances. I had to make a couple of claims and received what I intended minus the excess I had indicated.

Been on the call queue for 1hour and 35mins and counting. No option for call back and they don't respond to emails. Just awful customer service. If i end the call now I will have to do this all over again tomorrow but also another hour and i suspect they will close their phone lines...

Had an annual policy which was due for renewal mid way through a trip. Contacted well in advance asking for advice on navigating this and was told that I will be able to renew my policy before it ended to remain continuously covered. I even upgraded my policy for this. Approaching the end of my policy and I have received no contact from the organisation. Asked them what was happening, they said they didnt know but it can't be renewed. Received an official email a week after it expired advising that the policy is not renewable.
So in short I paid additional money for them to not cover me for my trip for a reason that they cannot explain even though I clarified all this information before my trip and was assured that I would be able to renew for my cover to remain continuous.
Cheap because they don't know what they're doing.

I have now have 3 decline letters from this company, but have provided all receipts and the refund circumstances are valid in the policy. They are now declining because of a lack of a letter whic has already been provided. Others on the same holiday as us had their claims accepted with no quibbles. Does it cost you more if we go to the ombudsman, because there is no valid reason to decline?

This is cliam Reference 2026-04-0325 Shites company of the uk. Only waste time never solve only looting money and they will only play with you make you frustrated from 1 year no reply on time after one completion they came with with new idea do this do that hell company im going to complain them everywhere even i will send them legal . notice from year i cant use my laptop for work. And they are wasting only time .

I have been with Trusted insurances for years and they have been great at dealing with my claims every single time. Unfortunately I've had to claim multiple times because of my screen breaking and they have always dealt with the situation quickly and amicably. The price is reasonable, the coverage is great and the process is very straightforward.

I’ve been a long-term customer for many years and I was perfectly happy with both the price and the cover.
I’ve now been told my policy is being cancelled because my devices are considered “too old” and no longer “good value for money.” What’s frustrating is that this reasoning doesn’t really make sense from a customer perspective.
You don’t receive the cash value of the devices - the whole point of having insurance is that they repair or replace them if something goes wrong. I was happy to continue paying for that peace of mind.
Describing it as “value for me” feels misleading. In reality, it seems more about the company deciding the devices are no longer cost-effective for them to cover, rather than whether the policy still provides value to the customer.
It gives the impression they’re happy to take your money while devices are newer, but once they become older (and potentially more likely to need support), they simply drop you.
Very disappointing experience and not the level of customer loyalty I expected.

I tried to call the claims line on that I had lost my wallet with cash inside, each time I called I was met with a automated line saying 'please call Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm' - it was 1pm on a Monday!
I then reported the claim online.
Over 2 weeks later I haven't heard anything back, despite ringing a couple of times.
I have got through three times, each time I get through to someone who, in my opinion, doesn't have the level of English required to be dealing with claims on behalf of AXA. One claim handler put the phone down on me when asked a simple question, can I log a claim.
I have used Trusted Insurance several times in the past as well as sorting family members insurance out with them. I work in the insurance industry and will make sure I never use an insurer that is underwritten by AXA again, given how poor the AXA claims service is.

Very shit insurance group. Non professional staff and just doing fraud with people. Asking different thing for claim approval when you provided then raise issues in things.they didn’t want to approve claim for anyone. Same things do with my friend 2 years before. So I don’t recommend it to anyone.
