No problems. The travel insurance I received was underwritten by AXA Travel Insurances. I had to make a couple of claims and received what I intended minus the excess I had indicated.

Having never claimed in years I received a letter about their ‘ongoing commitment to providing fair treatment to our customers’ and ‘noted’ I was a claim free policy holder for ‘several years’ and ‘upon careful evaluation’ my policy no longer offers fair value considering the premium and excess. So they gave me 30 days notice of their intention to cancel my policy.
Obviously ‘it’s important to note that this decision will not impact any future coverage and I can ‘confidently’ tell other insurers I have not had any policy cancelled as this particular cancellation is ‘solely related to ensuring fair treatment’.
So after all these years (6/7) of taking my premiums they cancelled me.
Next day I am offered a less than fair policy forever items at a higher price.
Fairness is clearly one way and not at all customer centric. Let’s not start on the frustrating, dated web page where you can’t change details without calling for ‘security’ reasons. My bank can as well as every other institution except Taurus.
Be cautious people. There are better offers out there and much less hassle and no patronising communications.

The representative was amazing, I was stressed and he stayed calm, stuck to the scripts he had to and ensure everything was clear.

Very unhappy with this. Was a genuine mistake. I contacted you regards changing my travel dates immediately after realizing that I had made a mistake. Human error! You wish to charge me for this. I took out your policy and this is the way I am treated about only one hour after having taken out the policy. Would this not entirely suggest this was an accident. Who charges for such an error. Its ludicrous. I have asked for someone to contact me from complaints. This did not happen!!! This is not something that should occur especially within a matter of what could be called minutes. Once again appalled by this. No decency to contact me regarding this matter. Most unprofessional.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Trusted Insurances. This company is not trustworthy and operates with deceptive tactics. I purchased a travel insurance policy and submitted a claim for a delayed flight. After wasting months of my time, they finally responded saying that they only cover delays of 12 hours or more – a condition that is never clearly shown during the purchase process.
Let’s be honest – no commercial flight gets delayed by 12 hours unless there’s a war or natural disaster. This 12-hour rule is just a dirty trick to avoid paying anything.
They never paid me a single penny, offered no support, and have done absolutely nothing to resolve my claim. This is a clear case of consumer exploitation.
Do not trust them. Do not give them your money. You will get nothing in return.
They are legal scammers hiding behind fine print. I regret ever buying from them.

I took out a policy. I received the details online. I was unable able to open the pdf files as a password was required. I emailed them and it bounced back. I phoned and listened for ages, pressed option 3 it rang for a while then cut me off. I tried three more times and I was cut off every time. I tried to phone the claims line and hung on for 1/2 hr but no answer. I sent cancel notice and I am now awaiting my refund, fingers crossed.

Took out travel insurance for a holiday tomorrow and after paying, the screen said an email would come with policy etc and if not I was given a number and reference number to call.
Nothing came through on email so I called the customer services number - I had to wait for ages as a pre-recorded message talked about policy stuff blah blah. After pressing option 3 for customer services I just sat listening to very irritating music for a long time. I hung up and tried several times never able to get through, so I gave up.
What a bad start and I can't imagine what it would be like to get through to this lot in an emergency.

I mucked up my insurance and was angry with myself and quite upset.Mike talked me through the problems and said he would try and sort it out.I didn't hold out any hope at all.Some days later- no fuss just a good result.Thankyou

Process was quick and easy, all dealt with fully online with no need to speak to anyone…quote was the best price online, very happy with process and price.

My daughter taken ill on holiday with medical emergency. Absolutely no response from insurers despite calls and numerous emails.we are still in Brazil and I have arranged to repatriate my daughter with no assistance or communication from insurer. I will now refer to insurance ombudsman on my return. I have raised a complaint with the insurer but no response let alone offer of assistance. I will take legal advice on return Do NOT use this company.

The fact that you had a 5 star rating, the terms and rates seemed to exactly fit my needs and budget, plus the application went smoothly.
I've now got peace of mind but hopefully I won't need to claim
