No problems. The travel insurance I received was underwritten by AXA Travel Insurances. I had to make a couple of claims and received what I intended minus the excess I had indicated.

We invest in insurance for assistance during times of need, expecting a stress-free process. However, this isn't the case here. A proficient insurance company handles matters promptly, avoiding unnecessary delays. Unfortunately, this company requests unattainable documentation, such as "proof of usage" or "proof of ownership" in PDF format, which Sky Mobile doesn't provide. Despite having relevant order details and bills, the insurer, Taurus, insists on challenging the claim. I have contacted sky who themselves said they would approve the claim with all the documents provided.. It's advisable to seek insurance elsewhere, preferably through your phone provider, for a smoother experience. Been nearly two weeks without a phone, the document upload process is inconveniently problematic, persisting across various devices and browsers on multiple attempts. I am far from satisfied!!

Was looking for phone insurance for my daughter's new iPhone and took advice through Money Saving Expert Website which led me to Trusted Insurances. I liked the well presented information about their range of insurance services and the fact that it was straightforward to choose the level of cover and related excess etc. Excellent range of cover provided at a good price.

I have had insurance for three gadgets for a couple of years now. Have had to claim about 3 or 4 times overall and it has always been the most straight-forward, stress-free process with the claim almost always being instantly approved. It is also extremely reasonably priced for the peace of mind it gives you. Highly recommend!

Absolutely disgusting and a joke. I made a claim on 21st August it's now 5th September, they have asked over 20 different questions asked me to upload certificates multiple times, asked all kinds of garbage like a selfie with my passport, asking questions and information like they want a pdf of proof of purchase which Microsoft doesn't supply I have forwarded the email of proof of purchase now THE COMPLETE JOKE IS THRY WANT TO HAVE A 30 MINUTE TALK WITH ME ON MONDAY ABOUT MY CLAIM . WHAT IN THE AFTUAL FK? no insurance company have ever asked such daft questions and want a 30 minute interview with me about my claim WTH. I have been patient for all this time but this 30 minute interview is a load of crap. I am not waiting any longer please process my claim what am I paying for?

Trusted Insurances is a great, cost-friendly and reliable insurance provider. I found them through a comparison website and was skeptical at first as to whether this was a genuine operating insurance company, and some of the other customers' reviews on Trustpilot were quite negative, however I do not regret choosing them. I purchased a policy for my mobile device a while ago, and really liked the fact that you could choose to have your excess as low as £25, which is really difficult to find among other reliable insurance providers.
Fast-forward to last week, my son dropped his phone (which I had covered under the policy) and making the claim was not a struggle at all. I did it through their online portal, which was easy to navigate through, and was approved almost instantly after I submitted the claim and paid the excess. I was then given the option to get it repaired, replaced or repaired at a Genius Bar at an Apple Store (given the state of the phone, we decided to get it replaced). I was sent a link to create a returns label through Royal Mail free of charge and posted the device the next day at my local Post Office.
I was able to track my phone as it reached the company providing the replacements, who are Smartphone Group Limited. Upon a Google search, I found them to be a legitimate company. A day after them recieving my device, I was updated with a status 'In Progress' which after confirming via a call with the insurance customer service meant that a replacement device was being ordered and I would receive the tracking details once shipped. The details were uploaded the same day and I received the device the next day as they had shipped it generously by Special Delivery for 1PM.
The replacement device is superb, it is in brilliant condition and is a like-for-like device. My son was able to restore his data through a backup and is now with a fully functioning phone!
I am truly impressed by the top-notch service provided by Trusted Insurances and will be insuring the rest of my gadgets with them in the near future. I would highly recommend insuring your gadgets with this provider, as they offer competitive prices and low excesses, all while providing a hassle free claims service.

We buy insurance so that we get help when we need it. So the whole process should be as stress free as possible. Unfortunately that is not the case here. A great insurance company deals with things quickly without unnecessary delays. This company will ask you for documentation that doesn’t exist and is impossible to get. Sky mobile don’t provide “proof of usage” or “proof of ownership” via pdf. I have an email with the order details and my bills. I spoke to management at Sky Mobile and the information I have sent would have been sufficient for their insurance but this company trusted insurances and their claim company Taurus are just making life difficult. I would seriously advise you to get insurance elsewhere and probably through your phone provider as they will have all this information and you won’t be treated like a fraudulent claim from day 1.
edit: the claim was approved and i got it repaired but "conveniently" when you try to upload the documents it just hangs. have tried multiple devices on multiple days with multiple browsers. This isnt good enough
