Read the smaller print, it pays off !!
Straight forward and really easy to use website.
They were not the cheapest, however, they had things in their smaller print (which wasn't written in their main write up about what they offered) which covered everything i needed covering.
See - it does pay to read the smaller print in the document breakdown !!!

This is an awful company
This is an awful company. They take your premium until you need a gadget replaced/repaired then its a nightmare. Its been over 3 weeks now and i still dont have my phone back and they just keep fobbing you off with “management have contacted the approved repairer and they cant get the part they need”. If this is the case then, they should be replacing the phone, as nearly a month to wait for a phone to be fixed is an absolute joke. The repair company wont speak to me as its an insurance claim and Taurus wont escalate the issue to senior management. Yet here i am stuck without a phone. Absolute joke of a company.

Reasonable cost for full device cover.
The process of obtaining a quote and taking out the policy were smooth and straightforward. Having looked at many other policies, Trusted Insurance was the best. Offering 3 devices to be covered in the one quote and at a cost less than everywhere else as well as a lower excess. So far so good, and hope should there be a claim the future, that the claim process will be as easy as taking out the policy.
