Great experience , I ordered wrong size and Jack was straight onto it and got me a new size sent out and delivered within 2 days !!

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts from tuffshop and the order was delivered to the wrong address, I contacted them and got in touch with Nicky. Nicky proceeded to sort all problems with a high level of professionalism and speed. As a self employed sole trader I would not hesitate to use tuffshop again thanks to their helpful staff.

I ordered women’s work trousers and they came slightly too big for me. Jack arranged an exchange in a quick and timely manner and the whole process was fairly easy.

Advertised as next day delivery. 2 days after buying the item it was finally shipped and then took another 3 days to arrive. Will not buy from them again.

We’ve bought quite a lot of workwear from here in the past and never had an issue.

Unfortunately on this occasion a pair of work trousers we’d not had for long had torn. I spoke with Helen Jackson, who got in touch with the manufacturer for me. After a some back and forth the manufacturer wouldn’t cover the tear.

Helen was then extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with, and issued me a refund once I’d returned the trousers back to TuffShop.

With customer service like this, we will definitely be using TuffShop again
