Advert clearly described screwdriver set as usb powered this is not the case they are manual powered. At first I thought I must have purchased screwdriver sets from the wrong website. So I waited till a new advert was shown, I then purchased another two sets. Some time later your advert appeared again this time a friend pointed out if you look at your web page it does not show a usb charging port on the case, meaning that is not a powered screwdriver. This would lead me to the fact that your web campaign is totally false and you should redress this false campaign before a lot more members of the general public buy your screwdriver sets.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE, AS THEY STOLE MY £37.29. NO ITEMS SENT AND IGNORED MY ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THEM.

I ordered a tool kit which was shown on their video advertisement. It was supposed to be a rechargeable tool with a selection of screw bits and drills. What I received was a very substandard tool kit which would be useless under most circumstances. Paid £29 for set of 3. Could have got better in Pound Shop. I was scammed.

Took a long time to arrive but is of good quality and works well. Maybe a small sheet of instructions could help for first time use.

This is a scamming company, but they do send you an item (Which is not correct) There return address is bogus and they have linked another Legit Company known as URGO who are a medical supply company, WHO HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF THEM AND ARE NOW INVESTIGATING. No telephone numbers. They will not answer emails and they hail from "CHINA" IF YOU READ THIS, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE SCAMMED.

Do not buy anything from these people, If you
have to return anything you have to pay and post it
back to China. They also do not answer emails until you have run out of the time limit for returns anyway!
The quality of things is rubbish

False advertising products and when you get then they actually don't do what was shown in original advert. Twice been done by this company and both occasions products were absolutely rubbish. Shame I ordered the second item before I received the first. Not again though.

This company Uergo is dishonest.
They hook gullible people with a slick advert for a GERMAN made ELECTRIC screwdriver set which includes some DRILL BITS among the 24 pieces.
What they actually send you is a cheap CHINESE made MANUAL set with NO drill bits.
Total con. Do not fall for it.

The item was well packed, well made and ideal for repairing my spectacles. Just what I wanted. What’s not to like?

The advertising website shows an electric chargeable screwdriver and base.

Going onto the Uergo website the screwdriver base that is advertised on the header page is manual, I guess you would have to search for the one advertised!!

Saying that the item performs well

Not fit for purpose as advertised and no clear instructions.

BEWARE Advert/Video is very misleading.
I watched a you tube video advert displaying a USB RECHARGEABLE Screwdriver/drill with various bits and drill bits.
I paid £19.98 with delivery.
The delivery finally arrived and the item received is not what I paid for, instead I was sent a cheap screwdriver set. The type you get in Christmas Crackers.
I am waiting for a reply from customer service.
Reading other reviews it seems thy don't reply.
My advice is steer clear of this underhanded cheat of a seller who take your money and then send you a product that is worthy of a bin.

Completely misleading advertisement. Product being advertised not what you received. A complete scam

I ordered ear hanging headphones on 26th April. It is now 27th June and they still have not arrived.
I wrote to them several times and I only received 2 replies telling me that there is a delay and to be patient. I nolonger get any replies.
Following their tracking system I believe my goods have gone to Canada.
Tracking system is difficult to use and customer relations team is every bit as difficult.
I've gone to Amazon and my earphones arrived within a few days with no hassles.
DO NOT USE UERGO.
