I couldnt use the item i bought as it came small, i emailed customer service twice about refund and returning it but no response till today, very disappointing

I ordered the Eyebrow Pencil seen on Youtube over ten days ago and have not received anything. I emailed the company twice, however, no reply from them. I wish I had checked the company out first and seen all the bad reviews. Not deserving of any stars at all! Do not waste money buying from this company.

First time customer ordering 2 presents for my grandsons birthday. Both arrived within a few days, which I was really pleased about I haven't opened the items yet as they're both presents

Misleading Advert. I, like a lot of other people thought I was purchasing a,usb rechargeable electric screwdriver set. What I received was a low cost ordinary manual screwdriver set. I have seen the same manual screwdriver set for sale from an other supplier on ebay for a third of the price I paid any with no postage charge. It was an advert on YouTube that i responded to. I emailed my complaint to uergo.co.uk over two weeks ago and had no reply. I would not recommend this company. Looking on trustpilot there seems to be many people with same compliant about this usb electric screwdriver being substitute with this low cost manual screwdriver set.

According to the advert you get a chargeable screwdriver with drill bits and screw head which is nothing like what you get you could get the same screwdriver from Poundland for a couple of quid very disappointed it’s going back

it has been one month order date 11th june 2024 and have sent them 23 reminder and request
at the given email address PROVIDED and no response till date.

once they take the money there is no you you will get the parcel or refund or any reply from uergo . this is a scam and do not use uergo ever. please share with your friends and network .

All the items i ordered were perfectly packaged for getting shipped out to me. The items in my packages were great and well worth the money. Only disappointed in shipping as shipping company informed me that they couldn’t find my packages never mind the tracker that was put on my items

Absolute rubbish product - simply doesn't do what it is claimed to do. Nothing more than a very small bottle of T-Cut.
