Friendly and Helpful
Took the time to explain all the details to me that I didn’t understand and even helped me compare what they were offering to cheaper alternatives and what those would not include that their insurance does include.

Uinsure don't seem to want to look after long-standing customers and their admin fee is more than a 1/4 of the cost of the insurance
Uinsure don't treat their long-standing customers at all well. They send out renewal quotes that aren't at all competitive and so you have to spend half and hour on the phone every time but the worst thing is your admin fee of £48 that is clearly non negotiable and that amount to more than a quarter of the overall cost, which I feel is totally wrong and so I plan to move all of our policies elsewhere when I have the time.
They'll send an email suggesting I email their complaints department but its a waste of time, they refuse to reduce their admin charge, its scandalous. They're quite clear when you speak to them that the won't do anything else to help or to reduce the costs and its not worth wasting anymore time.

At last, real person customer service
Having a real person to talk to, who was human enough to laugh and joke with, yet remained professional throughout. I'd interacted with 3 other companies before calling your team. I had a simple question. Answer wasn't found trawling through websites, You had a real person to talk to, you won my business. It wasn't about price, it was about service.
