Been with the company before I had a house fire in 2019. That’s when you really know how much you need this insurance!
Since then I’ve renewed every year with no problems … no new claims and no fuss … sometimes you just have to trust the process.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Tried to increase my home insurance premium on renewal from £423 to £1,718, this is after no claims or changes to my policy details. Insured elsewhere for £408. Absolute cowboys.

Great customer service.

In a world of infuriating Ai bots that take you round in circles and never give any answers, it is so refreshing that the phone was answered by a real person. And he then listened to my enquiry, and proceeded to explain the solution to my problem. This approach is commercial gold as far as I am concerned. I have tried for a week to resolve an issue with a major company and I will never deal with them again because they do not provide any customer service. Uinsure is onto a winner by treating its customers with respect in this way.

I completed my insurance request through Marks and Spencer, cost was not the cheapest but policy cover looks good and is it appears to be with Lloyds Bank, hopefully I will not need to make any claims but if I do I hope I get the cover stated as you never know how good insurers actually are until you need it.

I have unsubscribed from this company's emails several times, yet they continue to email me. I most recently unsubscribed on 5 Aug 2026 (and yes, I made a note of this due to previous attempts), and yet today (9th Sep) I have received another email from them. I will be contacting the ICO as this company is failing to honour my preferences.

Despite unsubscribing from the last email on 9th September. I have received another email from Uinsure today (20 Sep). The company asked for some details after my initially review above, but they have failed to do anything about the unsolicited emails. Looks like I need to escalate this with the ICO.

Lost connection on my phone and the lady phoned me back which was such a relief. Comprehensive information given on the policy I needed. Very pleased with the service.

Timely reminder that renewal was due, price reduced from previous year, quick and efficient renewal process.

Excellent customer service. Everything explained clearly and was very happy with my experience. Staff member very polite and courteous.

Dan was patient. He clearly knew the product and explained various additions that could be made to the policy. He accepted my decisions and did not push me to make additions to the cover
