Disgusting customer service, had a water leak contacted them 5 times and still no response, if you have an emergency do not rely on this insurance company.

Helpful and reassuring service
The young woman who dealt with our concerns was charming, friendly and well-informed. She took time to explain the ba ground to our accounts and saving options as well as providing us with home insurance. She was sensitive to our family's special needs and was patient and thorough. We can re commend this service
