Ujackets.com sells poor quality knockoffs at full price and then charges you to return the items. I waited for 25 days to receive a poor quality fake nike sweatshirt which cost almost a hundred dollars. Turns out it was made and shipped from Pakistan (which they don't mention on their website). Their website states easy returns but they are anything but easy. I am paying to ship it back and hoping for a refund, before filling a dispute with my cc company.

It ended up showing up after Christmas, and when we opened it up and saw the quality I was appalled. You can clearly tell that this is a fake.
How could anybody charge $90 for such a low quality dupe of a hoodie?
I want a full refund but after reading all the reviews it sounds like that’s never going to happen buyers beware never buy from this site

I didn't even want to give them 1 star. Placed an order for my son the beginning of November. Here it is Christmas eve and they have canceled my order. I have sent multiple emails since November and they claimed my order was coming. My boy was so looking forward to this gift from Santa.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

You guys suck you aren’t reputable I bought a Santa suit and wanted to return it and I’m not aloud to they said I could keep it and only get 30 dollars back out of 175 that I spent I should report you guys to better business bureau. So all the people out there don’t use this place they pocketed 85 percent of my money thieves

11/3/2023 We ordered a dress for my wife in mid-October. The site said it would be delivered before Halloween. Halloween came and went without a word from them. Tried to contact them through their website. Said they were connecting with a live agent, waited over an hour, no response, re-contacted, same result. Cancelled the transaction through our credit card.

11/9/2023 Article arrived today. Better late than never. It is very nice and a great value for the money. Fortunately, we didn't need it for Halloween but for Christmas. We withdrew the dispute with our credit card.

I ordered the Falling For Christmas Lindsay Lohan Apres Ski Sweater and LOVE it. The material is nice and thick. I've gotten so many compliments on the sweater. I've already worn a few times and washed 2 or 3 times and no signs of wear. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

I bought 2 of the Kate Upton jackets/sweaters when the Astros won the World Series by the time I was able to get the product unfortunately Justin Verlander signed with the Mets the day before I requested to exchange they were kind enough to let me keep the verlander jacket. And get the 3rd jacket I wanted just pay shipping. I can’t wait to see the other jacket when it comes. Excellent customer service!!!! Thank you

I ordered a jacket which looked nothing like the pictures. Tried to return it and after weeks of email exchanges was only offered a partial refund of $20. They told me to sell it on eBay. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Purchased a jacket that ran very large. Cost to return it was $60! Stuck with a jacket that isn't worth returning and doesn't fit. Customer service is no help. Will never buy from them again.

Where to start? Positive: Fast Shipping. Quality (satin outside part), and almost look like the picture. I brought the jacket from the Netflix Movie "Kate" worn by Ani. Colors where beautiful.

Now the Bad: The sizing was way off. I ordered a size 20 (3XL), what I received was a SMALL size, even though the label stated "3XL." Everyone at the post office "got a laugh" when I shown them pictures of how it didn't fit me. It was NOT my default, however, I was responsible to pay $16.55 for the returned shipping to New Jersey. This company does not pay for return shipping-even though it was their error. The package however, came from Pakistan. Now for the really bad part of my experience. The inside of the jacket felt l like is was sprinkled fiberglass. The fibers made me itch and gave me a rash. The Customer Serive Rep wanted pictures of me in the jacket before the return information was given to me. I had to take a picture with me wearing the jacket and experienced hives all over my arms, neck and hands, then had to wash the clothes I was wearing in the pic to get rid of the nasty fiber residue. Oh, forgot to mention, the patch on the back of the jacket (a star) was the wrong color, and was sewn on incorrectly. It look like it was going to fall off.

Don't understand how a company how sell trash like this on the internet. If you had a good experience with this company then, you were one of the lucky ones, but don't expect this to be the normal. Just run far away from this company

Ordered and had it here in less than 2 weeks. I paid $150 (including shipping), which is far less than what lesser cosplay jackets sell at conventions. Quality was overall good (yeah, could be better, but for the price, its a bargain). Mine is made of leather and has interactive led lights. Only wish it was a bit bigger (feels tight on arms), but the rest is great!

Complete scam, stay far away from this company. Ordered a backpack from the video game The Last of Us. When it came it was send from Pakistan and looked nothing like the original. Also some applications were broken on arrival. Also had contact with “Lisa” to return the backpack to the NJ adress. Did that a month ago en never heard anything from them since. When I send them an email it bounced, their mailbox is full was the reply. Now in the process of filing complaints against them where possible

Rated Ujackets "one star" only because a lower rating wasn't a option. If my experience is any guide, Ujackets is a reprehensible scam with whom no one should do business.

Let's start with the coat I bought for my wife last December 1st. It arrived weeks late (long after Christmas), looked nothing like the coat that had been advertised, was cheaply made (in Pakistan), and was a size "large" when I had ordered an "extra small."

But if the coat was bad, the "refund" experience has been far worse. Its been a 7 month merry-go-round of lies, broken promises, and what I can only assume is outright fraud.

Because the company has no phone number, I emailed them in January explaining the problems with the coat and asking for a refund. "Lisa" (a so-called "customer service" representative) at first offered me a "credit" on another purchase ---and, when I declined, offered to send me the difference between the purchase price and a return "shipping" charge that would have totalled over half the cost of the coat. After I declined that as well, "Lisa" supplied me with a name and an address in New Jersey where I could return the coat at my own expense. I did that, had the package delivery tracked, and received notice from the postal service that the coat was, in fact, received and signed for by the aforementioned New Jersey recipient.

Seven months later, still no refund ---but plenty of excuses, mostly claiming a "mix up" with the company's "bank" that was causing a "delay" in refund payments. But no "bank mix up" takes seven (7) months to resolve. And they've now simply stopped replying to me altogether.

To recap: after receving a coat of poor quality that didn't fit, I returned it at my own expense to an address they supplied. Seven months later, I've received no refund, meaning that the company now has both my money AND their coat.

In addition to this review, I will also be filing complaints with the BBB, the California Attorney General, and the San Diego Chamber of Commerce.
At this point, its not just about money. Its also about doing everything I can to protect unwary future customers from getting taken in by this shameful con of a company.

Do yourself a favor. Do NOT do business with Ujackets.

After 7 months, many many emails and filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission, I finally received my refund. If you still wish to order from this company (and I wouldn’t advise it), keep records of everything. Their last tactic was to claim, after 6 months of never mentioning this, that the return had not been received.

The jacket took 7 weeks to arrive and when it finally did arrive it was nothing like the advertisement.
It was made in Pakistan not the USA and was more like a cheap bathrobe than a winter coat
I paid return shipping over a month ago and still haven’t received a refund
They also have stopped replying to my emails
It’s really my fault for not doing my homework but you would think that a company that can pay for expensive internet ads would understand that returns are part of the cost of doing business
Looking at all the complaints makes me think there might be a class action lawsuit in the making
I will post more information after I talk to the lawyer

Overall experience has not been good. I did finally get a refund but it took way too much of my time and effort. I purchased the coat on 12/6 and finally got a refund on 3/19. I will never do business with this company again. Their products are not as advertised and they are a hassle to deal with.
