Eureka!!! after 3 months I got my refund so be patient !!!!

I had a great experience with the support staff at Ujackets. Patience is key. I ordered two jackets and one was too small and the other I did not care for. I contacted the company and they gave me the address to send them back. They also offered a refund or an exchange. I asked for the refund of 1 and exchange of the other. They custom made the jacket and even sent me photos of how to measure for it. Then in place of the refund I had requested, they custom made something else I was in need of. I found their customer service to be good and attentive to my needs. I will be purchasing again from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The coat I received was made from inferior fabrics that felt like paper and was poorly constructed - hem and sleeves did not fall smoothly, half of clasp was missing, lining was ripped. After following a list of directions including sending pictures and receiving an authorization number, I returned the coat only to keep receiving excuses why the refund is being delayed. The latest excuse is problems with their bank account.

I ordered the Tom Hanks Greyhound jacket, the coat was very well made and attractive but ran a little small(order bigger than normal). I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful. I got a new jacket quickly that fit. It is truly a very well made and great looking coat. I would highly recommend it. Thank you very much.

Though my original order was late (huge holiday rush) their customer service was excellent; always received a prompt and complete reply. When we received the coat it was what we expected, though it is cut VERY LARGE. CS said we could order a replacement, for shipping cost only, they handled the order quickly and a week later we had the new coat. I was skeptical but their service was excellent.

I purchased two coats in different sizes, Medium and Small (to make sure I had the right size).
The coats arrived within 10 days...
My Wife is utterly delighted and wears her coat everywhere... and we gave the second coat to my wife's sister.
We highly recommend this company.... 6 STARS...

After I reached out to get advised on how to remedy the receipt of what I thought would be a great Christmas gift, but turned out to be a clown suit, I was never contacted again. I reached out in January to find out if they had gotten through the holiday rush and found out they removed my negative review on TrustPilot (less than trustworthy) because they didn't think I had a valid experience with them. So, I am out $100 for something so ill-fitting that it can't be worn, and now they are shutting me up with "invalid experience" nonsense.
Update-Today I got an email from Lisa at Ujackets telling me she was sorry and that I could get a refund of $30, keep the outfit and "even get another sized jacket for free, except I need to pay $50 in shipping." No thank you. The outfit is unwearable. The sleeves are shorter than the hem of the jacket by 3 inches, the pants have a draw-string waist band that is so bunchy it doesn't wear flat and the ankle hem is mid-calf. So it's too short and too big at the same time.
I will just keep telling possible consumers this company has no idea how to create semi-tailored items.

I ordered a coat almost 2 months ago, after several weeks, following many messages to the supplier, a coat arrived. The coat was similar in colour to what I ordered but that’s where it ends. The design and material were the worst I’ve ever seen. I contacted Ujackets and requested a refund, they agreed but said I must pay for the shipping out costs and the return costs, I did this immediately. The coat has been back with the supplier almost 2 weeks but to date I have not received a single penny. This has been the worst online shopping experience of my life, not only have I lost money but I have spent hours messaging and weeks waiting for a reply from ujackets. All I can do now is inform US's Federal Trade Commission of the total failure to provide a service I paid for. I can also write this review in the hope it stops others making the mistake I made. This company will take your money, possibly send you the worst piece of clothing you’ve ever seen if you’re lucky and then promise you a refund, which will never be repaid. Please tell everyone you know about the worst clothing company in America 🇺🇸

I ordered the green coat, worn by Nicole Kidman in The Undoing. My first upset was, no confirmation email or receipt, tracking. Several requests for this and I was told when it was ready I'd get confirmation. I've never dealt with this before. I was very upset, worried I was scammed, but was told, it was being processed, be patient. 7 weeks later I was told it had been shipped. I admit, this was a disconcerting experience but "the coat is beautiful, well made, exactly as pictured". It's a bit large, but I can work with that. I'd give more stars for how nice the coat is, but my 7 weeks of uncertainty was an ordeal.

I am very pleased with the coat I received from ujackets. The style was still being worked on when I ordered it on Nov 3. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I didn't receive it until Dec 15 but the whole time it showed as 'processing'. There wasn't enough timeline information passed along to me as to how long it would take to create the coat. I was stunned when it showed as sent on Saturday Dec 12 and I received it Wednesday Dec 15, coming all the way from Pakistan, that was amazing!
The coat is very much as I imagined it, perhaps I should have ordered down a size (small instead of medium), but that's on me and I can wear more layers under it when it's cold with the medium.
Customer service emails were not in perfect English, but I got their point and the representatives seemed very sincere trying to assist.

I bought my wife a coat on the website, and only have good feedback for this company, It isnt a cheap copy, but a coat that is a ton weight and feels top quality. it more than exceeds my expectation of the quality and the speed in which it was accomplished, I would definitely recommend these people again, I did have my doubts with buying from the USA and getting delivered to UK in case there were any problems. But I have none what so ever. Well done and thanks for your service . 5 STAR

The jacket I ordered looked nothing like the images and I had to go through paypal resolution center to get my money back after I tried to reach out to the shop. I had to pay for shipping of the item back, terrible service.

I ordered a pullover and what I got was a super weirdly formed Shirt which smells extremely bad and cannot be worn at all! I am trying to return the product but the company doesn't reply. Ridiculous price for the product! (Order Number #33116) I am very dissapointed and trying hard to get my money back!

I ordered a Cyberpunk 2077 Samurai jacket for my son’s costume less than 2 weeks before Halloween. I was worried it won’t arrive on time so I started contacting ujackets.com. They were quick to respond and assured me that it will. True to their word, my son received it on time and the jacket fit him perfectly.

I purchased the Ashley Stubbs jacket from their website and in big flashy letters it stated if you buy before this date you'll receive by October 14th! I bought it on the 8th of October and received it on October 21st.. its way misleading... after pulling out the jacket it had all sorts of crap on the jacket ranging from hairs to excess yarn. So I washed the jacket which shrunk a bit which I thought would be okay but even before washing the jacket the sleeves are way too tight and long which is frustrating... but I guess besides those issues you spend way too much money on this stuff to just get screwed over.

This site is not a scam, but they are misleading. I ordered the High School Musical Joshua Bassett Jacket (the sherpa jean jacket), and what I got was a lookalike that had a dirty wash that was not the light blue wash that I wanted. One of the pockets was improperly sewn as well. I ordered fast shipping ($25) to receive in a week, and it took a month instead. Other people might have better luck with this company, but I did not, unfortunately... Customer support was responsive though, but it is unfortunate that my order came from Pakistan and seemed to be poorly made when it is advertised as being made in the US and "custom-fit" and personally made for the customers when mine was mass-produced and actually not made correctly.
I did get my refund, but I first was forced to take down a previous 1-star review when I was angry about receiving a falsely advertised product, but I had to remove it in order to get my jacket refunded. The customer service was somewhat unprofessional for this reason and stated that I "hurt their feelings." Well, how do they think I felt? To be fair, they did refund my jacket, but I still am upset by how I paid $25 for shipping that I will never get back and got WAY slower than a week later.

I love the design. There are a few small stitches, but I think it'll be okay if we organize them. And the counselor is kind.

The jacket I received was a different color from the one I purchased on the website. When I said I wanted to return it, I was told they wouldn't accept the return, this wasn't a good reason, and I could just give it to someone else as a gift. Customer service is nonexistent. The only way to communicate is to wait until they feel like responding to your emails. After I nagged them enough (weeks), they finally agreed to take it back BUT ONLY AFTER I TOOK DOWN MY NEGATIVE REVIEW! If you are not 1000% certain you will love your purchase- Don't give them your money.

While I have not yet received my Beth Dutton blanket coat, I have been extremely pleased with the customer service, I have received, to date. There was a price reduction, since I placed my order. I contacted customer service, and requested that they honor the price reduction for my order. No problem. They took care of it immediately. Can hardly wait for delivery of my wool coat, even though it is 105 degrees here! I'll update once the jacket arrives.
