I bought a "James Bond" sweater from ujackets and I must say - I overpaid grossly. About 99.9% of the amount. The picture the provided was taken from No Time To Die movie and the details were very vague. What I received was... well, the only matching detail was a blue strap on top of the sweater. That was 70 dollars spent on an item which should be sold in 2-dollar shop. Gave 2 stars because they were very good with shipping, can't fault them here.

I order a cyberpunk 2077 jacket for my boyfriend and he loves it, it cames really fast.

Recently bought a replica Barley Vest from Onward. One of the buttons came off, but the customer service was exceptional and helped me figure it all out. I look forward to purchasing other jackets from them. Beyond the button, the vest itself is a fantastic replica and I will definetely be wearing this during my next D&D sessions or really anywhere.

Bought a jacket from them and it indeed arrived, wasnt the fastest but i didnt have to wait too long. 4 stars just because the medium size i bought fits more like a large but its alright the jacket was still what it was as shown on the website which was a big concern for me. I emailed them asking some questions and they responded quickly which was great. If i ever wanted another jacket from a videogame or movie id definitely go back to ujackets.com

I ordered a blue asymmetric zipped leather jacket 2 weeks ago. The price was fantastic so. Really didn't know what to expect. I had a blue leather jacket previously but lost lots of weight so I gave it away. I emailed the company for an update within a week and received a very nice response about when to expect the order. It arrived exactly 2 weeks after I ordered, faster than my other orders from the US and in better condition. When I opened it up, I couldn't believe my eyes! It was gorgeous, soft and a beautiful color. I can't wait to wear it and I will definitely order from ujackets again.

Ordered "Outlander Jamie Fraser Leather Jacket." Product arrived earlier than expected. It was high quality material and well made. Very pleased with the product. I ordered a medium but my wife really needed a small (this jacket was slightly large for a medium). Working with UJackets was easy. They were willing to send me a new jacket in size small, for only the cost of shipping. Very responsive and pleasant to deal with. I will be happy to purchase products from them in the future.

My sweater arrived later a bit than originally stated (maybe delays in international customs?) and I never received a confirmation email after ordering, but I was in touch with the company who provided very responsive feedback a number of times and ensured my product was in the pipeline. My order was as described on-line and I'm happy with it.

The jacket is very cool, and delivering really fast. Maybe the jacket is a little "shiny" in comparision to the original, because it's not the same material I guess. But anyway, the quality is here and purchases are totally safe 👍🏻 I'm really happy about what I received.

The company makes a quality product. I have had issues with the sizing as I am a big dude and they have been very willing to work with me to find a means of creating customer satisfaction.

Bad jackets I got a cheap jacket .
I pay 155 Dallas for a copy cheap jacket and wrong sizes ... My order come no tags.. And I'll send it back.. I want my money back... I'll never Buy nothing from ujackets there no costumer service phone number... 😑😕😡👎👎👎

The quality was excellent however, it took much longer than I was told to arrive. Customer assistance was less than admirable.

The article arrived quickly and the service is excellent but the article is not the same as the photo. The jacket that arrived is made of genuine shiny and thin (lamb) fur that is very different from the one in the Nubuck photo with thicker fur.

Loved the jacket they made me, it was by far high quality and great looking. I was more than I expected and definitely worth getting!!!!

This store went over and above to ensure that the jacket - which was absolutely amazing !!!! - was received in plenty of time for me to forward to my daughter in plenty of time for her event. 5 star service - excellent communication - superior product. Thanks for everything!
